Pleased to have obtained a renewal price which felt reasonable.
Was surprised to find it is underwritten by my old previous insurer but a lot cheaper than they were quoting me.

The response back from email was not helpful just rude . Because I didn’t realise the online form had automatically
Put I had ten years no claims but I only had 3 years ? So cost me loads more money would of beeen cheaper to stay with direct line really annoyed

Pleasantly surprised
It was quick and easy to follow. We were rather apprehensive about doing it on-line. Being pensioners we are still not altogether comfortable with the internet, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Affordable Comprehensive Car Insurance
Took five minutes to get a quote that was half the price of my previous insurance provider, whilst still providing all of the options I needed. The compulsory excess was a little high, but not enough to diminish the quality of the product and easy process of securing new insurance.
