Didn’t receive products because of bank holidays , still haven’t received products 3 days after bank holiday so still can’t access account went into branch which was sat for 1 hour 30 waiting to be seen and told to wait for post which I still haven’t had pin codes to access account

I want to highlight the excellent service from our Relationship Development Manager.

She made my recent dealings with Lloyds Cardnet incredibly smooth and is always on hand with prompt, professional responses to any questions or queries we may have.

Always such a pleasure to deal with Lauren. She moves heaven and earth to help and is always helpful, polite and quick to respond to any query we have. Highly recommended provider with excellent cusomer service.

He truly took the time to understand our business needs and was very proactive in ensuring we're receiving the best service possible. Some of the points from our meeting this morning have already been actioned and I'm fully confident he has our best interests in mind. Amber was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning fees and payments. She also put me in contact with the relevant contacts within the bank who could assist me further. Superb service.

The Customer Services representative, Edit, was extremely helpful.
My device wasn’t functioning and couldn’t pair properly to my new iPhone, but once this was sorted, everything else was resolved with ease!
Also, 15 months of struggling to get the correct address on the receipts, she was able to do this through a series of different updates to my Handpoint device.
She is extremely knowledgeable and an asset to CardNet 😊

Absolutely amazing on-boarding service from start to finish by Elise Chilton at Lloyds Cardnet.

From making me aware i could switch from my previous supplier so easily, to then informing me the absolutely insane amount of money i would save by switching the whole process has been fantastic.

In addition, the Cardnet portal is so much easier to use than my previous supplier.

having had major problems with my last card operator, I needed help urgently, this is where Lloyds Cardnet and especially Lorraine stepped up.
Lorraine was a massive help in the process at all stages and kept me informed throughout the process, regularly keeping in touch in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that the situation was resolved in my 4 outlets as swiftly as possible.

Our company recently moved away from our current merchant payments provider to Lloyds Cardnet with the help and support from Deepak Joshi who was absolutely fantastic in ensuring the transition went smoothly.

Based on my experience with Deepak, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lloyds Cardnet as his personal approach to business is something that's sorely lacking with most companies these days and it's just a shame there aren't more out there like him. Nothing was too much trouble and we're now a happy customer.
