Hillerød: LLO - Lejernes Landsorganisation Danmark
Writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with LLO Hillerød (Nordsjælland) and the way my case is being handled.
I have an mPlus membership, which includes legal assistance and representation in cases involving landlords and tenancy disputes. However, after more than three months since opening my case, nothing has happened. My assigned sagsbehandler has never called me, I called and talked to him once... He replies to my emails after two weeks, despite repeated attempts to get updates.
I have called for LLO assistance in my moving out day but they never came although i am entitled to it in my membership.
During this time, my former landlord has continued to move forward against me and asked me to pay DKK151.000 out of the blue, while LLO has remained completely unresponsive.
I have called the office several times, and on one occasion, the receptionist even hung up on me after becoming irritated... something I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I was recommended LLO by several people and had high expectations given their reputation for protecting tenants’ rights, but my experience with the Hillerød branch has been extremely disappointing. The service feels non-existent, and communication is practically impossible.
If you are expecting timely updates, support, or proactive case management — prepare for frustration. I sincerely hope LLO reviews their internal processes and customer service, because tenants in difficult situations like me deserve much better treatment and follow-up than this.
