Livingwellwithdrmichelle Recensioni

I have been using their products since the first toothpowder was created - I love them! I love that they are safe and effective for my kids! I have purchased orders to be picked up and shipped -everything was neatly packaged and arrived on-time and undamaged. I recently had questions about products and Derek in Customer Service very helpful.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Are there hiccups from random things that happen? Sure. Does the order sometimes take longer to get to me than I would prefer? Sometimes. But all-in-all, the product sold here is unmatched. I have no issues with the quality of the product and the way it helps me heal myself and my mouth.

Products are great, but the shipping process and the customer service are horrible!!!
This is not the first time I've had a problem with receiving my products on time. This is the first time that I'm leaving a review because of their horrible attitudes in response to their mistakes. It seems as if that they always have an excuse and no accountability. This is very unfortunate......

I made an order 2 weeks ago, at which time i kept getting an error stating my CVV was wrong, which it was not. I contacted support and they said all went well and sent me an order confirmation.

Two weeks later, and i have yet to receive the items. I called twice on Monday, was not able to leave a message the second time. I emailed twice on Monday and Tuesday, and then left a Messenger message, which eventually was answered.

Third day, still no outreach but i was able to reach on phone, my order still has not been sent but they were packaging. They said their phones had been down. Not sure what happened to their email, and they certainly were able to take more orders and get more money! Ive requested a refund.

They did email me a list of excuses ranging from being out of stock but acknowledging they never told me to their phones being down.

In this technology age - order at your own risk. The first time i ordered, no problem. Now its a problem - the customer service is nonexistant with lots of excuses - which is a shame, these products are really good.

Ordered a $800 online CE Course for Ozone Training on October 30 2024. Started the course and the video quality was not very good. So the next day I emailed them regarding the quality and a couple other questions. They never replied. And Today 6 November 2024 I went to log in and continue with my CE course and it was no longer avaiable. Called and spoke with someone who said they couldnt help me but would have Josh call me back. All I can say is I am expecting to get my money back. And will never do business with them again.

Would like to give them a 0 if possible. Wife ordered dental products from the company and the products arrived and the box was full of ants and ant larvae. I had to slide it to the door from the mailbox because of the number of ants in it. Called the company and they were nice at first but then informed me that "once they ship a product they are no longer responsible for it." Honestly, that is what they said and I am stunned. Told me they would not have shipped ants so they weren't responsible and wouldn't replace the product.
