We're delighted with our new bathroom; it is such a transformation! Quality products and materials were used. Flawless logistics and the site was always left clean and tidy. Special thanks to Anne at AHM's Maidstone office for her excellent support and to Wayne, our wonderful fitter, for being a good listener and finding creative ways to improve the installation.

We wanted our bath taken out and replaced with walk-in shower, with new tiles and flooring. The representative who visited prepared plans with our objectives in mind, and gave us great advice. The fitting was undertaken by Dan Casey. He was friendly and professional, and we were delighted with the results of his work. Excellent.

We had AHM refurbish our bathroom last year and so we were happy to have them refurbish our ensuite this month. The same planner (Phil) came and gave us alternatives. Then we asked for the same plumber (Dave) and he did the work. An excellent job, and high quality materials. We would recommend them to anyone.

The new bathroom fitting went well. Jamie answered all our questions about the design and we were confident that we would end up with a bathroom we really wanted. Gary did an amazing job fitting everything and cleaned up after his work each day.

Jason was fantastic in the insulation of our new doorstair toilet. The workmanship is faultless. Would highly recommend Jason.

I want to thank Dean the fitter from AHM Installation. Dean has done a wonderful job, his work is neat and tidy, he speak to us and makes sure we are happy with our requirements. Dean is friendly and always smiling, I was very happy having Dean to convert my wetroom. I felt relaxed, nothing wasn't too much, he took his time, the job didn't felt rushed. I am very happy and would definitely use AHM Installation again, also my contact Phil from AHM Installation has also been brilliant, if I needed to speak with Phil he was always available, before the work started Phil went over my quotation and gave me samples of the flooring and wall panels. Phil took his time and care to make sure everything was explained properly. Thank you AHM Installation, Phil and Dean.

From the initial visit to provide us with a quote to change a bathroom into a wet room, to the final installation, we were well impressed with AHM's service. They knew exactly what we wanted and explained the best options for our needs. We didn't have to wait long for installation to start and our installer, Barry, was a joy to work with. His attention to detail was brilliant and managed to complete the job earlier than we expected - first rate service. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a truly professional company that carried out a really great job. The initial survey by Jamie focused on our exact requirements with the result that certain items did not need to be replaced, thus keeping the cost down. The fitter Ben, was brilliant - he worked very hard, left the bathroom and associated areas clean and tidy at the end of each day and communicated well with us with regard to our requirements. The transformation to the bathroom in a 5 day period was remarkable. A truly great experience which will be of huge assistance to my wife going forward with her bathing requirements.

Just a great experience working with AHM, From designing the installation with the company representative who had all sorts of practical suggestions to meet the requirements we had: to the understanding and consideration when those requirements changed: to the sensitivity and helpfulness of the installer during difficult personal issues during the time that the installation took place, And overall an outstanding quality of workmanship.

Bathroom finished off today. All-new : 'Wetroom' step-in shower, basin, toilet, wall+ceiling panels, floor, light, heater-rail, extractor. Work done by most-personable installer Adrian to a great standard (and earlier than estimated), no mess afterwards (same for electrical duo's work). He travelled a distance to begin the work too. Room now looks familiar to us, but like-it's-someone-else's at the same time. Surveyor Barney kept in touch, answered questions prior to work starting. Thanks so much.

If you are thinking of renovating your bathroom/shower room, look no further than this company! Our en-suite was feeling its age and looking ‘tired’ so I approached all the well-known companies but none had any inspirational solutions. Then I found AHM. The service is amazing. All contact is fast and efficient and the product is fabulous and affordable. There is even a discount for military veterans! The icing on the cake was Dale the plumber/fitter who was pleasant, polite and ultra-professional from day one until he finished the job with meticulous care. Dale is a rare example of a tradesman who clearly takes great pride in his own work and our unmistakeable delight at the finished product only seemed to add to his personal satisfaction. Great work - thanks a lot Dale and AHM!

Very pleased with service we received from AHM over the installation of our walk-in shower. From first contact to last excellent service. Craig, who carried our initial survey, was very professional and listened to our requirements and came up with design to suit. Communication very good as our installation progressed. Duane, the installer, was excellent and a very good tradesman. He kept us informed on progress of the installation. Delivery of materials and collection after installation went very smoothly. We are very pleased with the result which has made showering much easier for my wife and I, not having to climb into the bath! Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that unfortunately Duane had to travel from Worthing every day, a journey of 2 hours plus which resulted in the installation running into 4 days. As I have said he was excellent and got straight on with the job when he arrived and cleaned up meticulously before he left at the end of each day

Bath replaced by Dan. Job carried out efficiently and pleasantly. Really pleased.

Peter came to do the quote he was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to what was need he did a quote to reflect the needs and even suggested things that would make it easier for my mum and his quote smashed other companies out of the park the quote was all itemised and we knew what was going to happen
We were kept informed by AHM of any changes to the installation times
Adrain the fitter turned up on the first day knew what was need and I can honestly say he was probably the best fitter I have seen he was Polite, courteous and very hard working he was always on time in the morning and just cracked on with the job he completed the rip out of the full bathroom and installation of the new bathroom with 5 days again any issues he would seek are advice

Excellent service from start to finish. Barney talked mum and me through the options available to provide her with an accessible shower and subsequently provided various quotes at all times having patience and understanding. Dan Casey, the installer, worked nonstop and completed the job way ahead of the anticipated time, keeping everywhere clean and tidy and ensuring materials and tools were out of the way overnight. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job with the new shower before cleaning the whole bathroom to a higher standard than before he arrived. We are very happy with AHM and Dan and thoroughly recommend.

They kept to all the dates and cleared away the mess promptly afterwards.
The intaller (Dave) did his best to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum, even temporarily reinstalling our old toilet whilst preparing for the new one

I highly recommend AHM for anyone who needs an accessible bathroom. I got some good designs from local non-specialist companies, but none of them quite understood what was needed. Phil was very helpful, and was happy to come to the flat twice to go through options.

Dean did an outstanding job fitting the bathrooms. He dealt with unanticipated problems, made great suggestions, and just generally went above and beyond to make sure the wet room would work for us and look great. Thank you!

16/1/25. Had our bath done .bath out, shower in wall panel new sink done in two day dan was a great worker never stop all day got it done kept us informed with what he was doing , can't thank him enough.

First class service from start to finish! Absolutely delighted with the result and finish. Had our old bath and toilet removed and new walk in shower and new toilet fitted. From Craig the Surveyor who was Professional, respectful and not at all pushy to Wayne the incredible Fitter who worked tirelessly to transform our small bathroom!
