Booked in for an appointment within a week.
Given good directions a easy to find and park.
Got there early but didn’t have to wait straight in and out.
Staff nice and explained things well.

I recently had an MRI scan at Living Care Leeds. I was very nervous about having it done because I am very claustrophobic.
I was met by Andy and Luke who were amazing. So very professional and friendly. They really put my mind at rest and helped me through the whole process. Thank you so much.

My consultant listened to my health issues and concerns and explored the options of diagnosis. I felt reassured with ruling things out and the communication has been great between the reception as administration staff.

I was impressed by the state of art facility in our local area.

My wife had a medical appointment and despite living in Handsworth working in Sheffield city centre for over 20 years, I never knew this facility that offered both sports & medical services was available.

Well done for those behind the running of this massive project and their stakeholders.

Lower back MRI - got an appointment a few days after contacting Living Care. Friendly staff and in and out in no time. Easy to get to clinic just off the M1. Would highly recommend

I went here for an MRI very quick and straight forward

Staff were extremely kind and very helpful. I would come back to this clinic if needs must.

It was a very nice experience very well organised only took 40 minutes in.and out on my way home .injoyed.

Team wouldn’t let parental stay with a child who was scared of the machine. Completed paperwork to confirm I was ok with the sound but still patients request wasn’t allowed and the right to an adult attending was refused.

A knee MRI booked for 3 working days after contacting the clinic. Self check in, followed by a short wait and my appointment was on time.
Professional, relaxed team made me relaxed too. Results should be with my referrer in 2 days.

Luke and Beth were very friendly and knowledgeable. They put me at ease before my scan and made me comfortable. In and out with no waiting, all round a great experience.

The clinician was kind and understanding and provided a practical route to possible further tretment.

Attended my first appointment at Skinfinity @ Living Care for Botox of 2 areas, Dr Rashid was very welcoming along with his assistant, Felt at ease straight away. When explaining the procedure he also provided advice on which methods he thought would benefit me the most, which was appreciated. He explained everything from start to finish throughout which also filled me with confidence. I can't wait to see the results and would high recommend him family and friends.

Very thorough and efficient, as long as you have the correct referral documents everything will run quickly and smoothly without any problems.
