I had a fantastic experience with Livin Estate Agents, especially with Bledian, who acted as my Sales Director throughout the process.

From the beginning, Bled was professional, approachable and proactive. He took so much of the stress of the sale off my hands and made the process feel far more manageable. His communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt updated and reassured about what was happening and what the next steps were.

What really stood out was the benefit of having an experienced estate agent involved. Bled was able to guide the process, manage interest, deal with communication professionally and help move things forward in a way that gave me confidence. His knowledge, calm approach and commitment made a real difference.

Jason Livingstone and the team were our 2nd estate agents and we had excellent service with great explanations as to where we should be sitting with the market and price.
We accepted an offer within 2 weeks which was down to Jason’s expert knowledge of the market and how/where to advertise.

Jason and Leon sold my mother's property for me (my mother having moved into a care home). Her house was 80 miles from where I live, which could have been very difficult. From the start they were so helpful in all aspects and made the process run as smoothly as possible, as well as keeping me informed at all times about viewings and any problems that arose.They also kept an eye on the property. I do hesitate in recommending them to anyone for a house sale.
