They are in touch with you throughout. The trainer makes contact ahead of the training to check the attendees and any special arrangements that need to be put in place. From the first meeting to the day of training, the entire process was made so simple and friendly thanks to Gemma and John. The training was effective, had out attention and John really knows how to get everyone to engage. A bespoke pilot training programme that was delivered and reviewed to set up a whole day's training for staff which meets their needs. The course designers and facilitators could not have been more open and collaborative throughout the process. The staff on the pilot training spoke very highly of the materials and course delivery.
