Engaging, Practical and Valuable Management Training with Live and Learn Consultancy
We recently had the pleasure of working with Richard Bibby from Live and Learn Consultancy, who delivered a Management Skills Training course for our team, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Richard was friendly, approachable and very easy to engage with. He created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, encouraging everyone to get involved.
Rather than simply delivering a set of slides, he encouraged discussion and challenged our thinking to help us consider how we could put the learning into practice within our own roles.
Feedback from the team was extremely positive, and there was a real sense that everyone took something useful away from the day. The course has given us plenty to reflect on, along with new tools to use in our day-to-day roles, helping us to approach situations with greater confidence and consistency.
Richard was a pleasure to work with and struck the perfect balance between professionalism, knowledge and a genuinely personable approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and Live and Learn Consultancy to any organisation looking to develop and strengthen their management team. We are already looking forward to our next session....and of course his jazzy waistcoat!

Amazing
Marie went out of her way to help me to design training specific for our department and staff needs. She was very accommodating by visiting me in person which made a massive difference. Danielle was amazing at delivering the sessions and all staff appreciated her passion and engagement.

Anaphylaxis Awareness Training
Attended a Teams meeting on Anaphylaxis Awareness. Paul, the leader, was welcoming, put people at ease, and was clear, concise and knowledgeable. Excellent slides were made available after the session. I've definitely grown in confidence as regards handling an Anaphylaxis situation after attending this course, and would thoroughly recommend it.

Practical Insights and Excellent Communication
Live and Learn delivered a useful and thought-provoking session for our Professional Services Away Day. From the initial discussions through to workshop design and delivery, the team were professional, responsive and easy to work with, taking time to understand our needs and maintain clear communication throughout. Anti Harassment Training with Mark Simpson

Paul Kitchen was absolutely amazing
Paul Kitchen was absolutely amazing, he made the team feel comfortable and relaxed, he made it easy for me to answer the questions that were asked, both openly and honestly.
I have taken a lot away from the course, the main thing being, I am not alone, we all live in a demanding and stressful world, and it is important to have the coping mechanisms to deal with stressful situations.
Paul has shown me that I have the strength to grow my self belief, to stop listening to my self doubt, it is an insecurity that is not worthy of me,

Time Management workshop
