I emailed immediately and received a lovely personal response, they corrected my order quickly and easily, very reassuring throughout and in the end I received the correct item. The item itself - a locket - is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully wrapped and presented, really high quality, delivered quickly and correctly. First time buying from here. Ordered a necklace and lots of charms for my daughter as a 14th birthday gift. They arrived very quickly and were beautifully packaged. I was really impressed with the necklace and charms, so pretty and great quality. My daughter loved the gift. I made a mistake on the form and couldn't find the confirmation email after ordering, the company responded quickly and were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend and wouldnt hesitate to buy from here again in future.
