I would give negative reviews to littlebox, specially their customer support team. I ordered a dress which turned out to be kinda different from the one in the picture and the quality was too low. On the top of that the order is not being listed in Order history section due to which I am unable to return the dress. I have been trying to contact them since last 3 days. They reply to the very first mail and message as per their convenience and then just disappear. Pathetic experience.

Such a scamming app it is, im so annoyed by them itd not even 1st or 3 rd tile im having trouble with this app/site . Initially it is ok after sometimes they wont ship ur dress on time , they will sent u the worng size and if u cancel or return the cloth they wont return u the money either . The coupon they show ,claiming returning ur money doesn’t even work ..and the customer service contact is much worse they wont reply only if they get to notice their mistake such a scamming app u will lose ur money and patience . Stop buying from it if u wanna save ur money .

I have bought almost 10 piece of clothing from them and loved all of them. Great platform for formal clothes, the quality is good. They offer delivery within 6-7 days . 10/10 recommended for college going girls. Shop when they offer B1G1 the clothes on that category are great as well.

Nice quality products, will be buying more soon. I personally love the designs and styles, very trendy and genZ.

Really not a trustworthy platform.

A few days ago, I purchased 3 tops from Littlebox in Size S, assuming the size would be standard. However, the actual sizing was extremely small—the S size didn’t even fit properly. Normally, Size S fits me very well across other brands.

I returned the products, but instead of receiving the full amount, this so-called “viral brand” issued me a voucher after deducting an amount.

Now, I’m trying to contact their customer support regarding the issue, but **there has been no proper response from their customer executive**.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience—not only because of the poor sizing, but also because of the refund/voucher policy and lack of customer support.
I would recommend everyone to think twice before spending your hard-earned money and valuable time on this platform.

Very bad experience with post sale service

Raised a return request over a week ago for Order #2654260. Every day I receive messages saying the order is “out for pickup”, but no one arrives. The delivery partner’s contact number is invalid. Customer support has ignored multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. My refund is stuck because they have failed to collect the return. Extremely disappointing after-sales service. Please resolve this immediately.

Rubbish brand ... Please don't buy from them they have a poor quality of clothes which looks awesome in picture but bakwaas in real
Also they charge 99 rupees on every order pickup ... Per order if you return it ...
Please shop from amazon and myntra only .. those are genuine websites and good and trustworthy.

I placed Order No. 2546957 on 24 June, and till now I have not received the order. It has been almost 20 days, and I have been continuously following up with your team.
Initially, I was informed that the order would be dispatched by 6 July, and ₹210 was refunded as compensation. Later, I was told that the order would be dispatched by 13 July.
However, as of today, I still have not received my item. This delay has become extremely frustrating, and I no longer wish to continue waiting.

Your UI is worst, not user friendly..u need to work on your UI ... customer support not helpful...there is no date when I will receive my order. what's up not working properly, not at all helpful.

Really loved it! Everything is just as shown in the pictures. The fabric quality is really good, soft, and comfortable to wear. The fit is nice, and overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Definitely worth it. Would love to shop from Little Box again!

placed an order on 15 June, which was expected to be delivered within 2–3 days. The order contained two items, but I have received only one item so far. The second item is still pending.
