I received my compensation after 2…

I received my compensation after 2 years since my flight was cancelled. Honestly, I never thought I would actually get anything back.

I came across her post on Facebook by chance and decided to contact her. She was very friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process.

In the end, my husband and I received €1200 for our cancelled flight, even after more than 2 years. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her!

Flight compensation successful

My flight via Qatar Airways from Helsinki to Hanoi via Doha was delayed in arrival in Helsinki for 4 hours which made me miss the connecting flight in Doha and I had to spend 24 hours in Doha waiting for the next flight. I tried making the the money claim from the airline myself for the plane being late and I was denied, receiving bullshit corporate talk response. I contacted LITO Matka for help, and Linh cut through the bullshit quickly and I received full compensation as defined by the regulations. I highly recommend this service!

Great service and very helpful with my compensation claim

I had a really good experience using LITO Travel to handle my flight compensation claim. My flight was delayed on the way back to Vietnam, and I wasn’t sure how to deal with the process myself.

They made everything simple and stress-free. The communication was clear, and they guided me through each step. I didn’t have to worry about the paperwork or follow-ups.

In the end, my claim was successfully processed and I received compensation, which I really appreciate. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with flight delays or cancellations.
