Although I was ultimately unable to proceed with my surgery due to visa issues (I am from Lebanon and the company is based in Morocco), my experience with Oviya Group was truly remarkable. From start to finish, their team showed an exceptional level of understanding, empathy, and professionalism. At no point did I feel like just another case; instead, I was treated with genuine care and humanity during a very stressful situation.
