Bought a blender from a seller on Qoo10. Blender claims to be able to blend ice and all. However, tried blending avocado and HL milk for the first time. Machine doesn't power up and the bottom of the blending jug got burnt. Seller mentioned the blender can't take milk. So fine and trusted seller, so I did not attempt to power up blender again. Tried blending fresh fruits with ice and water a week later, still doesn't power up. Seller inform to try another method which I tried and it doesn't power up at all too. Seller kept advising other methods of testing despite the food wastage that have been going on (inability to blend). Videos sent to seller all these while as proof.

Seek help from Kylie (Qoo10 Customer Service) but she mentioned nothing could be done on her end even though I received a defective product which the seller had refused to acknowledge as it had past 7 days since I receive the item. False advertising of features for one, no actions could be taken to seller who patronizes you, asking you to try multiple ways for second. No accountability on Qoo10's end to ensure safe dealing/fulfilment through 3 months warranty period. Seriously bad experience and will never use Qoo10 ever again!

Always booked Qxpress through Qoo10 but the delivery is very slow!

You must change your courier partner in Malaysia. You use Singpost to deliver overseas item and it is very bad service. It takes more than 1 week to deliver item from Singapore to Malaysia? The item has not reached Malaysia yet and now has passed 1 week!

Bought a Fuji Xerox M205b 'compatible' printer toner. Price of $49.50 was close to standard price, butit turned out to be counterfeit. Black powder dropped out of the cartridge, rendering it unusable.

警察が言っていたが、Google検索は操作出来るため犯罪詐欺サイトも上位に来る。いくらクレームや苦情、批判があろうと犯罪通販サイトは自分たちの商品を売ろうと躍起になる。
qoo10は韓国系通販サイトだが、これもかなり日本の通販サイトより安い。しかし、嘘である。偽りであり、注文の書き換えは当たり前だ。日本人は多数の被害が出ている。

Huawei p30 liteを買おうと検索していたら、qoo10で引っ掛かり購入した。ところが、送って来たのはnova lite 3。３ヶ月ほど気づかなかった。キャンセルを問い合わせたら、nova lite 3を注文した、を繰り返すのみ。立て板に水である。
出鱈目である。nova lite 3は評価が悪く売れ残り機種だが、勝手に注文をすり替えて、送ってきた。詐欺であり言語道断である。
こんなサイトは二度と相手してはならない。偽物よりはマシだが、すり替え注文など悪質極まりない。

Agreed with the rest here, I would give 0 star if possible, the entire platform is so painful to navigate, the seller does not care about their customers, the supports are not instant and only be able to solve your issue after 3-7 days every time you contacted them, took me 1 month to get my refund process. Best part? I had to contact them again to find out the refund can be done only via the web, not mobile.

I would give zero star if i can. The Q&A service from Qoo10 sucks. They repeatedly avoid your question in their answers. I suspect they have a deadline to meet and just send any reply they can.

Qoo10 also impose policies on customers w/o making them known before we purchase. When queried after our checked out, their answer is because we've purchased from them we have agreed to be bound by their decision, no matter how unfair it is.

Their delivery is frequently late and sometimes very late. Ice cream and cakes arrive fully melted.

Use other eCommerce merchants - Shopee, Amazon, Lazada. While they are not perfect, they are much better than Qoo10. Shopee is also more price competitive for the same products.

Parcel got rejected even though i followed the online instruction and my supplier wrapped it. Cause a big issue with my supplier when it was rejected on grounds that a box is needed (the website didn’t say!)

While it’s “not Qoo10 fault exactly”, this bad experience gave a bad taste for me and my supplier hence a 1 star.

**BEWARE** When handing your data to this company.

They breach privacy regulations and spam you every hour of the day with JUNK MAIL no matter how many times you opt out!

I made an order through Qoo10 from their Seller, Alcohaul.sg and on 1 Aug 2020, they only delivered 1 set of 7 bottles instead of the originally order placement of 2 sets of 7 bottles. I rang Alcohaul.sg Tel: 6240 6822 and spoke to a Ms Heerah who assured me that they will look into this issue promptly. But up to today, no one from Alcohaul has reverted and in frustration I made a claim to Qoo10 on this disupute for a full refund on the none delivered 1 set of 7 bottles and here again, Qoo10 is also silent. Don't believe all the good 5 stars review because you won't be able to write any bad experience reviews as the only link available to write a review and when your order placement and delivery are receipt in complete. There is no full transparency and all of the above named parties are not wiling to take ownership of the problem.

i am regular customer of qoo10 and feel ks good basic operation of delivering order.

problem arises when you have to deal with their customer service. I feel it is extremely seller biased. recently i bought one sofa cover which was incorrectly stiched. it took me weeks of email communications and numerous photo and video evidences and own followup with seller to get replacement. horrible experience, hope i don't have to deal with their support center again.

VERY BAD QOO10 EXPERIENCES. ALL SINGAPOREAN SHOULD NOT SHOP IN QOO10. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE BUYER. THE SELLERS MANY ARE LOUSY. THEY DO NO PACKED THE ITEMS IN A SECURE MANNER TO PREVENT TRANSIT DAMAGE. ONE CAN TRIED TO RETURN THE ITEM. IT SUPER EXPENSIVE CAN CAUSE 200% MORE THAN ITEM PURCHASED. THIS TIME THE SELLER IS SEMITY.

Qoo10 does not verify the seller and I was scammed by buying the facemask but falsely claimed on the country of origins. Customer Service will always change new people and asking you to repeat the same complaint again and again until you gave up and do not wish to pursue the case...

Zero consumer protection, shop at your own peril! Or buy on Amazon instead!!

The experience showed me that Qoo10 has 0% buyer protection, 100% seller protection. Customers take chance and risk shopping at Qoo10. If one gets a fraud seller, one is let to fend hopelessly and at a loss for oneself. In my case, the order did not come, I did not receive the order.
There is absolutely no justice, no help, no protection from Qoo10 for the buyer; Qoo10 remains steadfast in protecting only the seller. What a shame!

Buyers Beware. If you shop at Qoo10, use an online payment system that offers buyers protection.

I love my experience shopping from this site. Always prompt delivery, if they were unable to fulfil the orders, refunds are made accordingly. Great customer service too!

My item was supposedly shipped on 23 March 2020 tracking shows it never left the airport and is now April 12 2020 Cannot get any response from Qoo10 whatsoever.

Poor customer support and almost couldnt get my money back. Seller refuse to cancel to my order for running out of items and after calling customer support, they refuse to help.
