Qoo10 offers great deals… I follow them regularly and have got some crazy deals

Ordered two items. Never received the items just got letters saying they can’t find my address. If you couldn’t find my address then how did you send the letters to my mailbox? I applied for refund and redelivery and nothing got done just a bunch of automated emails that lead to nothing, at the mail they said they were marked as delivered while i never got them.

This dirty bussiness scammed me $25,000.
And they bluffed me that if I said something violated their bussiness, they will pursue me with legal way. Do not trust this Qoo10 bussiness anymore for they are dirty and scammed

Took a random bag I had outside the home which was untagged, and not matching the description I had outlined. Delivered it and service recovery was awful; I ended up retrieving the item myself and re-delivering the correct item.

6 weeks of back-and-forth with their customer service team via phone and email and they tell me that they still require higher management approval for a $4.30 refund.

User's recommendation: Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.

I ordered 6 packs of toilet rolls from seller sgmart21 on Qoo10 but only 3 packs were delivered. However I paid for 6 packs. I messaged the seller who said he will refund me but I have not received the refund for 1 week. I also complained to Qoo10 which is the selling portal but they said that my photo did not show clearly the number of packs that were delivered. But if you zoom into the photo, you can clearly see the number of packs are less than 6!

Bad UI that left user who paid don’t know what to do, while worst, their internal system or team doesn’t know what to do or trace or support either. So as a User, I paid a few hundred for weeks ago, follow exactly the instruction on the payment info, Bank deducted instantly but nothing happen till I asked, then the CS are not helping at all, robotic to keep telling you to prove yourself, by revealing and showing them your Bank Account Info. Really unbelievable that payment transaction even provided my QID but such request on seeing my account number will be very irritating.
The CS response are also SUPER SLOW, SUPER UNHELPFUL, even they repeated a template, you gotta wait for Another WORKING DAY for them to get back to you, it’s probably another unhelpful reply, then day by day, your money paid for nothing, like myself, after 10 days, they order simply moved to FAILED STATUS and I still wasting my time on arguing with the CS

I placed an order which was subsequently cancelled. This is fine BUT the problem is that Qoo100 refused to refund the money I paid and their website does not offer any direct contact, and having tried searching for a HelpDesk e-mail address, they chose to ignore my email pertaining to where the money went? This company should be reported for scamming and cheating, in my honest opinion as the money I paid was part of my NS reward payment, and only an insignificant amount. However, it is just the evasive replies they gave my brother when he called them and having no reply from them that are the most annoying factors as far as I am concerned as it reeked of a company that does not care about customers and are trying to rip as many customers as possible. My advice to potential customers: AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM Qoo100 as the possibilities of having your money stolen is 99%.

Worse cases with this Q10 delivery. Have been having no problem buying online and getting products delivered to my condo unit. But seller has been using this delivery, and twice, I never receive the goods while the status shows delivered. Also, no phone call when delivering.

I am selling my item. Buyer dispatched qoo10 driver to come and collect from me. Dispatch driver was an overweight malay man, RUDEST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I asked him to confirm the location he is sending the parcel. He replied “you should be the one telling me because I don’t know”. I told him to stop blocking the walk way and HE JUST WALKED OUT AND NEVER RETURNED. It’s really not my fault or problem that his fragile little ego got bruised so easily. Your fat ass is blocking the way, I am simply asking you to move , why so hurt?

Hi Qoo10, u may wish to reconsider the type of people U hire as part of ur customer service. Don’t engage scum that ties down ur reputation. Not a winning strategy at all.

Horrible customer service! bought some products from Qoo10 but unfortunately when package received was already opened. Items were taken. My Lazada package was also lost but got refunded. Qoo10 refused to refund. Their delivery took the chance to leave it outside my house without my confirmation. But Qoo10 said they are not responsible. So I had to bear the loss. Irresponsible delivery! Never buy from Qoo10 again!

Qoo10 have absolutely horrific customer service and do not follow their own policy. Be prepared for a full loss if you use their service and there are any issues. You have been warned.
Although completely destroy my products in transit. Refusing to deal with a refund or any compensation. Both Qxpress (their parent company) who advised me to book their service on Qoo10 and Qoo10 all refusing any refund or to take responsibility.

Ordered a kipling bag but no response from seller! Decided to cancel and ask for refund. Once click cancel, it immediately reflected as refunded! It's been weeks and it was not refunded at all! Contacted seller and Qoo10 with no response too! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I order a few items. But some item came after 8 pm which was the off time for logistics. QQ10 does not think about workers policy but only for company benefits. Workers are not professional. Some delivery are slow.

Be aware when you are applying Shipping coupon which is obtained from Qoo10 Roulette Q. Such coupon is still considered as cart discount.

In other words, the cart discount is applied on items price but shipping fee is still counted towards the payment amount. This is important if you are participating in their cashback event.

I had applied shipping coupon to offset the shipping fee and made a payment of $71.1 but not eligible for cashback event due to shipping coupon is classified as cart discount.

Qoo10 Customer service insisted such shipping coupon is also considered as cart discount but unable to explain why is it named as "Shipping coupon" and do not deduct from shipping fee directly. They also claimed that such classification is designed by their marketing.

Qoo10 doesn't listen to customers but instead disadvantaged them when you provide any negative feedback.

Their CEO, Ku Youngbae don't respond to anyone. So much for being a typical Korean aristocrat.

No wonder Qoo10 can't compete and overtake Shoppee, Lazada, Amazon as the most popular choice for online shoppers.

Still receiving emails that has no ‘unsubscribe’ option. Signed up about 10 years ago but never bought anything trying to delete account but was told to go into account to delete it. Can’t even unsubscribe from their ‘free coupon’ or whatever emails which I have totally no interest in. Even their promo emails look cartoon-ish. Don’t signup to this shady website or platform. I would give this not even a single star but can’t do that.

The customer support of Qoo10 is a robot they copy and paste the same replies. They sent me a damaged product and now they won't agree to it. THIS SITE IS A SCAM
