Hi Alice,
As we've discussed in our previous emails, we cannot issue a credit for your Long Blade Fins until we receive the returned fins in the post.
Our Return Policy, which has been emailed to you twice and is clearly outlined on our website, informs our customers about our return procedures.
Once we receive and inspect the returned fins, ensuring they meet our return policy, we will be able to issue you a credit.
Thank you for your understanding.
