Given the demand for this company's products the few days wait was to be expected and no problem. I ordered some obscure wheat beer as well as other drinks and when they went to pick it was out of stock, i had a call to say it was out of stock. The caller was helpful and efficient and i switched to another beer. you kept me informed and delivered, What more could i want?

Excellent service, and first class delivery, considering i'm in the North East of England, and received by standard delivery, earlier than expected....well done!

Fast service and will call if they don't have what you want to see if it can be replaced. We weren't expecting next day delivery due to ordering late in evening but the delivery arrived the next day.

Incredibly quick service! I ordered a bottle for a friend's bday at around 9:30am for next day delivery, it ended up arriving that same day at around 2pm! I was very impressed with the fast turnaround time! The website asks you to put your 2nd and 3rd preference in the notes at checkout in case they don't have your product in stock which I thought was a good idea. They did have the bottle I wanted in stock though which was great. One piece of feedback would be that it would be nice to have an option to add a gift note as the speedy delivery means this is a fantastic last minute gift idea!

Orders worth 147.21 from them and they couldn't delivery for many weeks? This Company is a joke with no processes at all in place.

They keep mentioning order will be there in 2 days but its such a waste of time, I have spend hours on calls and chat but ZERO communication

Liqroo is super cheat on there delivery promise and seems to run by scammers, I checked all previous reviews and there is a reason they they rank so low in service...

This is a Low Grade Company run by Low Grade people, they need to be thrown out of business

During the Covid 19 lockdown I have placed 2 large orders with Liqroo. On both occasions one item has been out of stock, but they called and offered alternatives of equal or better value. On each occasion we swiftly reached agreement and the order arrived when promised.

Excellent service. Delivered in 3-6 days, and been as this is the place that sells mint sambucca liqrro is a godsend as it's my dads favourite. Very appreciative.

Do NOT use this company. Placed a "next day delivery" in March and half of it arrived, but a week late. Have not seen the outstanding items nor my money. I am sympathetic to the current crisis, but where other companies have communicated with customers and been transparent with their situation, Liqroo has misled customers and run with their money. I have emailed them 6 times with no response. I have contacted them by chat and Facebook, where they have responded and promised refunds that never materialised. I call them every day with no response. This company has stolen from me, and I intend to take them to small claims court.
