Great service from all the guys at Lings in Great Dunmow.

The Triumph Bonneville T120 that Lings sold me turned out to have no MOT. LIngs were very apologetic and agreed to collect the bike, MOT it and return it to me. I found all of the staff very friendly, professional and helpful.

Bit old school. Made me feel like the customer, and they did everything they could to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. They were also open and honest, so any questions were addressed and dealt with.

Bought a used bike didn’t notice the rear tyre was slightly squared off but they are going to replace it, GOOD service

I took out a demo bike which was made accessable straight away. All questions I had were answered. The sales rep Adam French couldn't have been more helpful along with the other members of the team. They were friendly and professional. Went on to purchase a new Triumph from them.

I called in for a diagnostic check on my Thruxton r and couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left the customer care I received was top drawer.

My experience was very good. "Josh" the salesman that dealt with me at Dunmow was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. A cup of tea and being offered a seat is a small thing but makes the customer feel valued. Have been to other dealerships in past that leave you ignored. The trade in was was quick ( maybe I undervalued my trade in ? Lol .. ) but I got what I expected going in. The test ride was immediate with everything being explained regarding controls. Happy to recommend Lings at Dunmow to others.

All went well with the service on my Tiger 660. With just under 2200 miles covered, I felt that an oil change and New filter and a check over the bike,a bill of £289 was very expensive, as it is advised as a bike that has cheap running costs and service bills.

I am in the market for a new motorcycle and have decided on a Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro. I called Lings Essex after a friend of mine recommended them, having bought a Tiger 900 from there earlier this year. We arranged for a meet and test ride at 13:30 the following day. I was a little late getting away from work so tried to call to advise I would be a few minutes late. Despite the phone ringing for over a minute, no one answered. I tried to cal again 40 mins later and again, despite me leaving the phone ringing for over a minute, no one answered. I arrived and no one greeted me. A guy was moving motorcycles around in the back of the store so I approached him - he made no attempt to approach me. It turns out the sales person I had arranged with was with a customer (even though he was expecting me???) so this other guy took all my details/ licence etc and arranged the test ride. I signed the electronic document and he went off to find the key. At this point 'my guy' introduced himself. All this could be excusable, but it turns out the bike was not there! The test ride had been arranged 24 hours earlier and we went through the process when I arrived. I was told "the director had taken it for the day". I was fuming, I had driven 90 minutes and taken a half days annual leave. I am an affluent man in my 50's and have the funds available for a new bike. This is appalling customer service

Good experience at Lings in Dunmow today. Serena made me feel welcome and the whole team were friendly and willing to help. Special mention to Bailey who remained endlessly cheerful, calm and persistent in seeking a solution to my tech stress. Thank you.
