My initial dealings with Lings was very good, with great levels of communication over the phone with Lucius, and online forms easily signed via email. However where I’m disappointed is when I received my motorcycle, it was in a condition far from showroom, and bearing in mind I was buying a premium motorcycle at nearly 14k I really expected better, I’ve had to polish out scratches on the tank and give the bike a substantial clean all over. As for would I purchase from you again, well no I wouldn’t.

I'm pleased to hear that your initial dealings with Lucius and the team were positive and that the purchase process was straightforward. However, I'm genuinely sorry to read that the condition of the motorcycle upon delivery didn't meet your expectations.
Although the bike was an ex-demonstrator and therefore expected to show some signs of prior use, it should still have been presented to a standard that you were happy with. It's disappointing to hear that you felt you needed to spend additional time cleaning and polishing the bike yourself, and I apologise that we fell short on this occasion.
We appreciate your comments and will use them to review our preparation process to help ensure future customers receive their motorcycles in the condition they expect.

Always great service from all the triumph dealership, saying that the service I got from Mr Alex Eggleton was exceptional, first class salesman, I think he went over and above to insure that I was totally satisfied ,I can't praise Alex and the rest of the team enough , I would highly recommend Lings Triumph Essex and will use them again .

Where the Ipswich branch where I live was terrible 0 stars I am in a fb biker group with 30,000 members and no one has a good word to say but I thought I would see for myself and yep totally agree didn’t give me the time of day. So took my business to Alex.
