Update: the rest of my order arrived, very poor condition, they issued replacement plants which were just as bad. I got my money back but not my time. Disappointed and will never use them again

I ordered a water lily kit but only received the plant. You would think it would be easy enough to just send the additional kit parts but customer service is so painfully slow and the chat platform doesn’t allow you to add photos (even though there is a tool for it)
A conversation seems to be based on one reply from them per day.
I have other items already on order from them, I’m dreading what I see when they turn up.

I've purchased from Lincolnshire Pond Plants previously, so knew from experience that they were reliable. This time I purchased several oxygenating pond plants, they arrived within a few days, well packaged in good condition.
They're now in the pond, hopefully flourishing.
Would recommend and would definitely buy from Lincolnshire again.

Maybe if this company actually traded with some degree of customer interest and not put all their efforts into the Chelsea Flower Show; I wouldn’t have to be here but having placed an order back on 5th February 2026 and almost 4 month later still not received anything except empty platitudes and tumble weed I have to say Avoid At All Cost. To date I sent an email cancelling the entire order and requested a full refund citing- UK Under the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations- of which they have only issued a partial refund. It seems like they are playing games…

EDIT:- in response - Still waiting for my full refund- I would contact you but you make it neigh on impossible for customers to do so especially via that pathetic chat bot on your web page, no customer service email or telephone contact and if perchance you do reply it is with a generic reply “ thanking people for their continued 4 months of patience “ but “our heartfelt apologies but the dog my homework”

A problem with my order was well handled without fuss and the replacement plant arrived, healthy and ready to transplant into my new pond. I will be buying more plants soon!

The plants arrived on time but are a disgrace. Mostly brown leaves and mush. Very poor quality

I ordered plants at the beginning of March. The first part of the order delivered in April. The 1 litre plant came in a plastic bag and was actually 3 very small individual plants so not as described. One of the other plants was dead. I received the final part of the order at end of May and this was not the rooted plants described but was bare rooted in a plastic bag that was mouldy on arrival. I did get a refund for part of the order. However, I will not use this company again.

I ordered my Plants online, which was really easy, everything went really smoothly. I ordered them on Thursday. They were dispatched on Friday and arrived on Tuesday.(Monday was a bank holiday.) so no complaints there excellent service.

Ordered 2 floating plants for pond. 1 was covered in white furry mould on roots the second had 10 loose leaves that had broken off. Will not not be ordering from them again. The one star is for delivery only.

I ordered 50 three litre ferns for delivery in March.

I May I received 35 small plugs, many just rootballs some had a frond or two of life. Most dead.

Firstly mislead, they claim the plants are 3L when in fact they send plug plants.

Second they show pictures of lush living plants. They send dead root balls.

Clearly scam. Poor quality plants and very inaccurate descriptions

I ordered a pond plant last Wednesday (20th May), and it was supposedly despatched Thursday morning (21st May). Royal mail did not receive it till Sunday 24th May, at its North West Superhub, where it stayed until today (26th May). I rang this company this afternoon to ask what was happening, and was promised someone would contact me later today to update me on the situation. I have not heard anything from them, and when I have just checked, my parcel has arrived at Exeter. It should have been delivered to Nottingham.
Clearly this plant will not be in a fit state by the time it EVENTUALLY arrives, but Lincolnshire Pond Plants Ltd. don't seem to care about taking my money for an unsuitable plant.
Would I recommend them? Definitely NOT.
Would I use them again? Definitely NOT.

I accept that the problem was NOT this company, but Royal Mail. Customer services have resolved the issue, to my complete satisfaction, and have been excellent.

Ordered a few plants for my tanks from here now and they are always fab, grow really well and arrive in great shape, definitely recommend!

Excellent size of plants arrived safely today.
My only criticism is that though my order stated shipped from Thursday morning no tracking info appeared until late Sunday afternoon so I would suggest it would be better to only notify that the order is shipped when it has actually left the premises.

I placed an order in January for March pre-order deliver, eventually after much chasing my plants were delivered in May, half the plants were dead on arrival and the others are really poor quality, I would never order from this company again total waste of money.

Really delighted with the pond plants that arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. Lincsplants has a great selection and the customer service I received from Alex was fantastic, just the help I needed to decide on my order. Highly recommended.

My pond lily arrived safely and quickly, lovely healthy plant, looking forward to when it matures.
