False Return Policy. The website states they are a small company in Wyoming and accept 30 day returns. However when you try to make a return they want to just offer you 15% or 20% refund and you keep the item. I did not want the item and wanted my $150 refunded. So they gave me an address in China to mail to. The cost for shipping would have negated any refund I had coming. I'm still trying to dispute this charge.

I thought I was purchasing items from a US-based company but was sadly mistaken. It took 20 days for my items to arrive as they came from China. There is no customer service and the items are poorly made. Basically it's a small scale TEMU. HORRIBLE!!

I haven't been around and my replacement package had already arrived; undamaged and in good condition.
Once again, I want to thank you so much for organizing everything so fast.
My niece's 21st birthday presents will make her very pleased!

I wish I could give Lilly & Eden NO stars. A few weeks ago, I ordered the "Highland Feast Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board." Supposedly "hand-carved" from solid wood, etc, etc. Suggesting handmade. Total rip-off. Made from some wood composite (?), so light it almost blows off the table in a breeze. Stamped out from something; the joint seams of the wood "painted on." It's all faux. Furthermore, when I wanted to return it for a full refund, I was instructed to return it to an address in China where it would be determined if I would receive a refund; that would have cost me about $60-$200, depending on how I shipped. I paid $45 for the product to begin with. I later found out the same product is available from a number of sources on Amazon for half to two-thirds of what Lilly & Eden sold it for. I asked instead to just keep the product for their alternative offer of a 25% refund and no return required. I finally got a credit to my credit card account of $11. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very deceptive company. Bought 2 peacocks and they said to look at the picture for the size. Peacocks looked to be 18-24 inches tall and they are actually no more than 12 inches. Tried to return. Their company shows that they are in Wyoming but they want you to return items directly to China. False advertising at its best. Hopefully they will be forced out of business.

We LOVE our crow light. It adds some fun to our reading area and we chose it because, I needed a lamp and, we have resident crows (Larry, Mo, and Curly) who leisurely stroll through our garden every morning.  That being said, recently one of the cute little bulbs blew out and made a sizzle noise and the company sent us replacement bulbs for all of our lamps

Item I bought was much smaller than advertised. When I tried to return it they said I had to mail it to China($80). Item was shipped from Southern California. Then they offered me 15% refund on $80 dollars.

I would rate this company less than 1 star if the option was available. The company appears to be USA based but is based in China. The item does not look anything like the item advertised on line. Cheap, nasty products with a pricey price tag. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was disappointed (but not surprised) that stock was shipped directly from China. My charcuterie board was poorly packaged and arrived broken. however upon contacting Katrina from Lilyandeden a replacement was immediately dispatched, and arrived well packaged.

I had ordered an enchanted fairy which in the picture advertised was beautiful and quite stunning. What I received was a poorly made and cheap version, something a dollar store would sell. I emailed about a full refund and was offered a 25% refund if I wished to keep the product, or return the item (to China) at my expense, which of course would cost more than what I paid for in the first place. I wish I had checked out the reviews on this company to start with!
PLEASE be advised that Lily and Eden are scammers and NOT to be trusted!

It started out disappointing as goods arrived damaged but once I contacted the company the response was immediate, apologetic and totally supportive. They couldn't of been more helpful in resolving the matter promptly. Replacement goods were received in tip top condition so one very happy shopper now!!!

After receiving my broken Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board, I spoke to Katrina and advised her of the condition.

She straight away sent a new order to come to me asap. Once i received the new Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board, i saw it was delivered in way better packaging and in one piece.

This product is sold elsewhere for half the price YET I paid the extra becuse it thought it cam ei the pretty box as shown in the photos. It came in plain cardboard. NOT HAPPY! I will NOT buy from here again.

I ordered two of the Casablanca Vintage Lanterns having no idea these products come from China. I paid extra for priority shipping and even added a tip. These are for a birthday gift on 4/4. I ordered on 3/26 and only a label has been created today 3/31 despite multiple emails to support pointing out I paid for Priority shipping. The package hss not moved at all since the label was created over the weekend. My order was just under $90 with expedited shipping, that was not expedited at all. Now I have to purchase another gift. What a scam!

Trust the negative reviews... those are the real ones. You get dollar store quality for $50+. It looks like they use AI images, and you get a plastic mold of whatever it was you ordered. I ordered the crow lamp... in their picture, you can see the branches clearly not connected to the orb... in the real version, it's one solid molded piece.. The plastic orb is painted purple on the inside, poorly and not translucent. I wish trust pilot allowed pictures, because they truely show the difference. Like other's have said, "Katrina" will offer you 20% off or to ship it back to China. You can see the same item offered on Amazon, and other's pictures of what they have received. What you get from Lily & Eden is no different. **They also delete any negative review from their page.**

Update: It took forever and lots of complaints to both Lily and Eden, Paypal and the government, but Paypal finally refunded my money. Don't give up if you want your money back.

After the shipping company had trouble delivering my original package they promised to provide a replacement for the whole order right away despite the high cost. I received my package today. Thank you very much for your perseverance and I appreciate all that you have done.
The raven lights are exactly what I expected and a very good quality. Barring this unfortunate incident, everything turned out well and I would definitely recommend your store.

Bought an octopus-shaped charcuterie board. Quality is absolutely terrible. Thin, light with numerous defects. Strong chemical smell and does not seem food-safe at all. Website seems like AI slop. Item shipped from China, not from Wyoming as stated on the website.

I just received the highland cow charcuterie board and cannot believe what it is really like. The image on their site show 2 eggs cut in half on this tray but unless they are quail eggs you can barely get a half egg in that spot. The image is so deceptive.

You will be sorry if you order any product from Lilyandeden.co or anyone associated with this company. I ordered a lamp which turned out to be nothing like the picture and just did not work at all. Although the packaging said it was shipped from California, when I tried to return it they said I had to ship it back to China! The cost was prohibitive--more than the item was worth, so they offered 20% refund and I keep the product. It was a $75 product I could not use. Never again.

My order arrived today and I just wanted to thank you again for making tracking the parcel easy for me. Much appreciated, and my daughter-In-law will love her Highland cow board.
