I purchased 50 of the crystal balls as a party favor for an event I had in August, since they arrived, because they were so good I ordered 40 more for my next event. They have amazing home decor and gift options

I bought a Charcuterie Cat board that ended up being the size of a hand and molded from cheap plastic. It could not have been more than 50 cents' worth of material. The picture made it look like it was carved from wood and at least 4x the size I received. I honestly thought it was a joke. It cost about $40, and of course that much to return it. Another Chinese company posing as an American company with outrageous return costs. Enough is enough. There needs to be stringent consumer protection for this type of scamming. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered two octopus decanters separately. They both arrived separately and were broke. I messaged the company with pictures and received a quick response saying they will replace them both. They communicated regularly until I received both items. They were both in perfect condition and beautiful.

DO NOT BUY the KrakenPour™ – Abyssal Decanter it is not what it looks like on the photos they provide, this place is a scam and does not deserve to have people buy on it

I purchased a dragon light. When it arrived the light didn't work. I spoke to Katrina at Lily and Eden. I explained that as I lived in New Zealand the cost of returning the dragon light to America was very expensive. Katrina asked me to send a video of the light not working which I did. Katrina then organized a replacement. I am very happy with the service from Lilyandeden. Thank you Katrina.

1) Item sent was not as described.
2) It didn’t work.
3) No responsibility was taken by supplier, at any stage, to agree item sent was incorrect.
4) No apology.
5) Was instructed to send back to address in China – which costed us $20 for an appropriate envelope – and would have costed an additional $26 if we had proceeded to post with tracking. We suggested a better alternative would be to return non-working item to address in Sunshine. Still waiting for a response.
6) Warning was given that daily posts with negative reviews would follow if matter was not finalized with full amount paid for item returned to our bank account.
7) It now seems email correspondence has ceased, though we may get further instruction on how this matter can be resolved to our satisfaction. Highly unlikely I would imagine.

Rating should be 0. I purchased a “chunky throw”. It was shown as a blush pink, what I received was pepto bismol pink. They would accept a return but the shipping I would have to pay was $100, more than I paid for the throw. Their items all come from China and you have to ship them back to China. So misleading because they show a local warehouse. This is the one time I didn’t check reviews!!!!

my order arrived today and what a Cracker of a Kraken.
Loved it and I am sure our two sons-in-law,s will feel the same way.
I belief you would have to go a long way to try and beat this team. From first contact they came across as a business that is run like a clock and to be fair, a business that us Aussies should support.

The pictures on their website are totally misleading & inaccurate. I should have looked at the dimensions of the product which reflect the article but the pictures showcased a food platter with celery, cheese etc, but you would struggle to put a few cashews in the platters .Also the product is not food quality as showcased but rough & low level product. Do not purchase or you will be severely disappointed. The company offered a 30% refund on $160. They will accept the product back but I have to pay for shipping. Cost over $100, as it’s Chinese! Beware these Facebook products as I stupidly have been burned by purchasing what looked like authentic quality items to be dumbfounded by getting a sub standard product. BEWARE!

I really wish I seen these reviews prior to shopping with lilyandeden! The kraken I purchased is nothing like the picture advertised I have one very disappointed husband!

Product arrived bears about as much resemblance to that advertised as a Trabant does to a Lambourghini. As in, they are both technically cars.... but....

Perfectly happy with the purchase, customer service was a dream dealing with super helpful and fast. The dragon status on the glowing orb look awesome in the display shelf at night nice glow would defiantly buy other items in the future.

I was looking for a gift for a grieving friend. I found a figure of an angel holding a cardinal. It was dainty, pretty, and conveyed just the right sentiment to serve as a reminder of her sister. The order process was simple, their customer service was excellent, and the angel was packaged very well.

A piece was missing from my order and I got fast friendly service for replacement! Plus, my gift was a huge hit!

The doormat we received is nothing like the ones shown on their website.
Extremely poor quality and very expensive.

Total scam cheap china junk!!! Do not buy anything from them, all pictures of items are photo shopped .

I ordered the Xenomorph lamp for my friend as he is into aliens, but the carrier mishandled my parcel and dropped it. Unfortunately, the item became defective. The customer team was very friendly and offered to send a replacement without any additional cost. I really appreciate the new item shipping so quickly, and I am excited to share the new one with my birthday friend! Thanks for your quick response and for handling this matter so nicely.

I've given them 1 star because I can't give them no stars!! I purchased Aetheria light from them and what I got was NOT what their ad shows. There is paint overspray on one leg, the light globe and bottom piece is different so you don't get much of a 'warm glow', the ears are different and the wings are so horribly different it makes it super ugly. They claim to be in Wyoming, but it's China. This company shouldn't be allowed to do business in the US.
