I have been a customer for more than 2 years. The product is not fantastic, but it is not bad either. The bad thing, is that they often send the wrong items...totally careless about the consequences for the clients. This is for me the second time it happens. Lily's team only cares about you sending them back the incorrect unit, but they don't care about returning your money or immediately sending you a replacement. Customer service is bad. My suggestion is to make the payment through PayPal, so at least as client you are protected through PayPal or Etsy.
I bought a wig on 16-May, today is 1st of June and the item didn't arrived yet, has not even been shipped. However the wig they send me wrongly was immediately collected... The irony.

If you are looking for a top quality wig to make you look and feel your best, look no further than Lily's. Her wigs make me feel like a brand new woman living my best life and increase my confidence, not to mention cutting down on styling time not having to do my own hair - I just pop the wig on and go! First of all, the hair Lily uses is top quality, very soft, shiny and easy to style. Second, the color options are gorgeous. I ordered a blonde style and the color was truly spectacular. Third, the lace and hairline is very natural and the size of the wig was just right for my head (I am a size large). For context, I live in California in the USA and the shipping was pretty fast. Yes, they are expensive but you can't put a price on looking and feeling your best :)

I’ve been buying wigs from Lillyshair for a couple of years (all blonde). The lace is undetectable, hair is good quality - soft and thick. Highly recommended.

Prob the most uncaring and awful customer service , purchased 2 and starting wearing one on January this year , the quality is Horrendous , scalp part widened , lost length from hair dropping out . The second one lace was uncut not removed so I asked to return , she said I was 7 days outside of return so tough basically , so asked can we look at another , basically tough ! If I could attach the conversations at how polite I was and just how blunt and to the point she was ! Disgusting ! The wig industry for patients due to cancer , alopecia , conditions etc it’s so sensitive ! Perhaps they should be more understanding ! Awful awful company

& One random one
Two natural black units Serena (no layers cut into it) & a Serena with the layers cut into it!
The hair is gorgeous so the quality is insane!! Also Lilly listens to your request. I ask for a full frontal section as I don’t like massive parting gaps.
If you are not sure get in touch with lily for a consultation, secondly if a problem arises contact them & they will try ti resolve the issue. They are well worth the investment, & yes I want to own more.

I’m a regular customer of Lilly’s. It’s the only place that I buy my wigs from now, and in my honest opinion, the quality of her wigs are by far the best that’s out there! You will not be disappointed, and the hair quality is outstanding! Lilly’s hair wigs look the most realistic I’ve ever seen before, and I certainly have an obsession with buying more and more from her 😍. The team at Lilly’s are very helpful, and quick to answer any questions, and delivery time is usually very fast.

I came to Lilly’s Hair for their recolouring service on two old wigs (not made by them)

Right from the start I was looked after and felt totally at ease. My old wigs were super yellow so they showed me images of what colouring would work and what would work best for me.

The wigs look amazing basically better from when I first got them new! Even after a couple of washes there has been no fading. I love them.

Unfortunately there was a situation where the lace did stretch. My wigs were old and not made by Lilly’s hair so I knew there would be a risk. However Lilly’s helped rectified the situation and sent me their glue products to help with the issue. Now I’ve been wearing them for a couple of months you wouldn’t even know that the lace stretched at all the glue really helped!

Even after the issue Lilly’s Hair customer service was amazing and I will absolutely be using their services again and hopefully to buy a new wig from them!

As someone with a hair loss medical condition it is scary to find companies online and to trust them. Lilly’s Hair showed me I could trust them and help me feel as confident as possible. Even when they’re were issues they didn’t turn me away and I’m so grateful for that. It shows how much they really care about their customers.

Beautiful, high quality hair. I am a returning customer to Lilly’s hair and I can’t praise them enough. I have three u-part wigs and the hair is such high quality. Lovely natural locks and so easy to install. As a result of wearing these u part wigs my own hair has grown long and healthy after years of damaging hair extensions. The Lilly’s team is always so helpful and have always answered any questions and query’s I have.

I found the wigs to be terrible quality, super long shipping times & to return you have to pay around $40 shipping so you’re basically stuck with it. Read the fine print!

I've been wearing hair now for 9 years, and have beem importing from abroad as I couldn't find anyone in the UK , but its been costing me so much in customs fees!
Thankfully a friend recommended Lillyshair to me , who are in the UK !
I'm always nervous trying somewhere new , but I need not of worried.
I had a video consultation with Lily who was so helpful , and helped me decide on which wig and size to buy .
The hair arrived just 3 days later , and its Gorgeous. The hair quality, colouring and cap are perfect , I'll definitely be buying from Lillys again !

Whatever you do please save your money and go elsewhere! After being on one hell of a journey for two years to do with trauma I decided to ditch the synthetic wigs and go high end.

After searching high and low I came across Lilly’s Hair on instagram and it looked so promising as their wigs on their socials look incredible! Also they seemed so popular so I didn’t worry as I’ve seen influencers modelling them and Lilly the owner has an article in the news.

I decided to place and order and I was so unbelievably excited. But things started to panic me when my wig was late and they didn’t even bother to update me but instead would ignore my messages and come back with very blunt reply’s.

I received my wig but I was so upset as they completely ignored my request of having the lace cut which they said they would cut for me as I struggle with my hands and obviously I didn’t want to ruin it. The lace was also a lot darker than what I was expecting and the parting was orange which made it look so fake and cheap. To make things worse the hair itself looks like it’s of very poor quality and I wouldn’t say it looks real either and it also stunk (like a factory smell) .

I’m 100% convinced that it’s mass produced and shipped in from abroad as they weirdly mentioned an import fee when it came to me wanting to return the wig from my address to there’s in Scotland. I thought it was strange as they wouldn’t pay any import fees when they’re receiving the wig back from England to Scotland?

I was also rather pissed when I had to pay for postage as well to send it back and also they took 10% off my refund (over £100) to keep for themselves which I think is absolutely mental. This was to cover stock fees or something which makes me think they obviously re sell wigs on so not very hygienic!

It all seems like one massive scam and I believe the ones they advertise are not the ones you receive as it’s like looking at two different things. I just think it’s disgusting and quite sickening to keep advertising about how you help so many alopecia and cancer patients but deliver such poor quality wigs in return.

Their customer service is shocking they’re so rude and they don’t seem to know how to handle complaints as it took more time than they said to receive a refund as well. Just kept reading my messages and ignoring and being more focused on creating content for their socials.

You should be ashamed!

Lace on wig was very wirey, and they are passing off made-to-order items as bespoke to avoid giving customers refunds as per their consumer rights. Avoid avoid avoid

To add - I had £38.40 deducted from my refund, a “restocking fee”, I used Klarna to pay. I’ve just had to pay £38.40 AGAIN (2 months later) through Klarna to avoid a negative impact on my credit file. Just under £80 on an item I don’t even have ☺️

I’m not sure why you are lying? I have bought a product from you before - a u-part wig, of which the lace required to be removed before wearing, so I’ve no idea where this other product you’re talking about has come from. I have NOT bought the same unit twice. Get what you pay for, poor product and terrible customer service.

Made to order, is not the same as bespoke. Anyway, how can a “made to order product” be delivered within 3 days of ordering? Because it’s not made to order perhaps :)

Thanks, you’ve further made my point! I did not order bespoke, hence the speedy delivery, and businesses are not allowed to charge a restocking fee to consumers. What you’re doing is very wrong.

I love your guys u part wigs don’t ever stop making them I literally burned my hair off with bleach and it helped me for 2 years getting my hair back healthy and long 💖without ruining my confidence and walking around with a mullet helped me threw a tough time worth every penny

I have 3 wigs from Lilly’s hair and they’re fabulous and very dense. Just recently sent it one for hair infill service and they’ve done a fabulous job. All of my wigs are blonde! I highly recommend and will totally return to buy more wigs

Lily’s hair is so natural and so on point, not a single soul was able to tell I was wearing a wig and I’m absolutely amazed myself by the attention to details. The color they custom made for me and every thing about this wig makes me confident while going through chemo 💖 thank you Lily’s hair!

Found that shop because of the good reviews on here, ordered my first one and was not dissapointed. Recently i bought my second wig from there and i love the quality.
A lot of other shops have beautiful wigs and after a few washes they look like a birds nest. Not here. With proper care, the wigs from this shop look beautiful even after months wearing it daily. The wig always comes almost ready to wear and i look as fresh out of the saloon. The scalp is super realistic and the knots are already bleached. I wear wigs for quiet some time now and i never felt that good and confident. Thanks lillyshair ❤️
