Scam website. Says it’s has over 1,100 4 star trust pilot reviews but it has 26, most of which are negative and say the quality is very poor and not what is advertised.

I am shocked at the customer service this company has. I placed an order, realized I made a mistake on it, and requested cancellation for this order within 8 minutes of placing it. Nobody responded to my email for 2 days. Once I got a response, it said that production has started on my order and it can not be cancelled. I responded asking how that’s possible, or fair, that production started on something I asked to cancel immediately after. They did not acknowledge this question, and instead responded with a very generic and passive aggressive message that pretty much repeated their first message. I’m shocked and disappointed by this company. Now I need to attempt a credit card dispute.

The ring I had ordered has just been delivered and it’s nothing like what was advertised.

Not engraved , flimsy metal.

Terrible quality. Ring is falsely advertised as engraved with letters but it’s really like a tacky printing of the letters onto the ring. Nothing like the photos on their site. Would NOT recommend. Wish I could upload a photo to show the comparison to their photos online.

The engraving on the ring is completely different to that on the website! I ordered the initial ring and the initials were printed in white and not engraved into the ring as on the website. It looks pretty enough and I am keeping it, but its not what I was expecting. The engraving is also very small and not noticeable unless you look closely. I did have good customer service from them though.

Today the ring I ordered for my wife from LILLI PARIS arrived. Its really cool as it has our initials engraved on it, and I'm almost certain that she's going to be incredibly happy with it!

Lilli Paris is a great jeweller. They have lovely products, and the shipping was reallty quick!

The other day my sisters dog passed away. She is still very sad about it, so I decided it would be nice to get her a initial ring with her dogs and her initial. This way she will always remember her pup.

Ordered 2 initial ring for my husband and me and we really love them. I make him wear it everywhere he goes. Shipping took 7 days, which was a bit long but I guess I understand as it is a cusomised piece.

The initial ring is my favourite product that ive recieved from Lilli Paris so far. Its a beautifull piece containing two initials (mine and my dads). REALLY HAPPY❤️

I just love their birthstone products! I decided to get the ring, bracelet and necklace for myself and my bestfriend for her birthday. She was in tears when she received them which is exaclty what I was hoping for haha💕

Sometimes I just tell myself its time to treat yourself. Ive had my initial ring for a few months now, and still wear it almost everyday. I decided to get the initials of my two dogs, so I can be with them when at work. Great product, quick delivery and good price 😇.

I see so much jewellery on the internet, but I am always quite cautious about ordering it. Luckily when ordering the initial ring it payed off, as I am very happy with it. It has my husband and my initials on it which I really like wearing :).

For some reason I just love the initil ring I got a days ago. At first I was scared it might get caught on to things because of the design, but luckily it doesnt. Very happy with the product, will probably order again in the future!💋

I ordered one of the birthstone necklaces and when it arrived i just melted. Its so pretty and i just love how you can customize it. More people should be doing this, cant wait to see what they will bring out in the future. BIG FAN!!!🤪💖

I ordered the birthstone rings with my daughters and my month. We both like to wear them at the same time around the house haha.

clSaw the inital ring on facebook, and knew I had to buy some. They had an offer on where the second one you buy has 50% off. Bought one for my mother, father, wife and myself. All containing their initial and mine. They all where very happy when I gave it to them.
