Their wool coat is really nice! Very flattering fit like it was custom tailored. But shipping took almost 2 weeks. If they improve their shipping time, I will update to 5 stars ;)

Purchased a faux fur long coat advertised as being super cosy & warm. What I got was a product thinner than a t’shirt.

Then the fun started, they do not give 100% refunds. After several emails I managed to get 50%. Not enough, but enough of listening to their lies and excuses.

Do not waste your money on them.

I recently bought a shawl collar jacket and received an item that looked nothing like what was advertised and was also the incorrect colour. The quality of the material was also very poor and not at all thick as mentioned in the advertising. Upon requesting a refund, they advised me it was correct item so would only refund me 50%of cost due to it being incorrect colour. However the item was definitely not what was advertised. Very disappointing and will not consider purchasing from this company again. Please beware

I am normally a big 2XL. Jasmine suggested size XL for me and I was very unsure. But I am happy for taking her advice because it fits like a glove. Barrett bay is trusted and they care for their customers

High Rise Bootcut Jeans fit like they were literally made for me! I love mine so much. The stretch helps to shape your butt nicely. Haven't yet but I will be buying more jeans from this shop

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a jumper and received it 3 weeks later and it was not to the size description or quality. The jumper was listed as half price from $150. The jumper does not fit, about 3 sizes too small was not an XL. I would not purchase from this store again.
