The Panasonic answer phone and two handsets arrived in good condition after a couple of days. No idea if it works or not as after waiting three weeks, my provider has left me without the phoneline part of the new Fibre broadband.

Thoughtless packaging
Well they’re asking for feedback… so I was shocked to receive my lovely Greenpan frying pan in a just a bag with one layer of bubble wrap that wasn’t secured inside. I wasn’t surprised to see it had a gauge on the rim.
The laughable thing is when receiving my return instructions it said “place inside a study box “. Really?!!

Outstanding Service by LIGO
I can only describe this supplier as ‘outstanding’. Next day delivery as promised but I decided to return the binoculars as they did not feel right for me. There was no hesitation from LIGO to precess a returns label, and a refund was authorised straight away. Great service and the best I have ever experienced from an on line retailer. Thank you.
