Eve was amazing

I rang up lightwave today to sort out one of my switches i accidentally deleted. I spoke to a lady called EVE what was amazing and really helpful. And reset it all back up for me . What im truly grateful for
Thank you.
I would definitely recommend theses products and the customer service is 100%

Failed 3 gang light switch

I had a 3 gang light switch that stopped working, it was about 16 months old. I spoke to Dylan in support and he gave me some advice about the switch and arranged for me to return the switch. A week later he has just informed me the replacement is on the way to me. Many thanks to Dylan for sorting the issue.

Excellent customer service

I needed to return a faulty dimmer switch and was really impressed with the customer service I received, especially from Eve. The responses were quick and very helpful and as soon as they received the faulty switch they sent me a new one. Eve even offered to talk me through the process of fitting it! Great company and great products.

Recommended Company

Have a number of lightwave products in our home and find them easy to use and reliable. When we had an (singular) issue their customer service rep Dylan was extremely helpful and had us sorted with a replacement in no time. Great products, great customer service, Great company, highly recommend.

If there were six stars, I would give it to the Lightwave crew. Jack and the other support team have gone above and beyond to help taking over a new property with their products already fitted. Such a refreshing change to get brilliant, friendly customer support, well done.

Great products and services.

I’ve been using Lightwave RF products for a number of years now, and they work great. Best looking SMART switches on the market and integrate well with Apple Home and Home Assistant.
I had to connect the service desk for support with a Home Assistant automation, for which they had to consult their developers. They came back within a few days and I was able to resolve the problem I was having. Great service

Incredible tech support - Jack specifically is superb

I have to be honest, I bought a number of double dimmer switches, single dimmers and sensors to add to the house which I initially struggled to get the setup as I wanted.

Then I contacted their tech support and Jack who responded has been frankly excellent. Really pleasant easy to deal with guy, he's just spent a long time with me over the phone helping with setup and fully explained the reasons why I was hitting issues etc

Honestly can't say enough of how grateful I am for his help and having a technical team myself in a completely different industry I know how unsung these guys are at times

Jack, you're a superstar and thank you.

Genuinely awesome tech support so well worth investing in lightwave tech

Excellent service

Excellent service. Love this system and, when I needed technical support was helped very quickly and effectively. They even noticed my missed call and phoned me back to ask if they could help. Very happy.

10 years later, still going strong!

I have used LightwaveRF now for over 10 years. Started out to just get some Christmas lights to come on at a set time, now my house is fully covered with their kit. I have found their support to always be helpful and responsive. I recently had a small issue and Dylan was very helpful and had my issue sorted nice and quickly.

Super efficient customer service

The tech is smart, users not always (certainly in my case). What has really impressed me is that whenever I’ve had a query it’s been addressed very quickly and very accurately. The team is able to look at your installation remotely and identify corrective action before you’ve even properly explained what your problem is. If only all support lines were like this.
