Ceiling lights arrived well packaged and in good time. They were great quality but unfortunately had to be returned as they did not fit, no fault of the company. Customer service was great, returned with ease and refund issued. Would highly recommend this company.

Poor service from this company.
We bought a dome ceiling light, that we struggled to install properly - we just couldnt get it dead level. So i asked them for any install instructions, and when they shared a video of the process, i realised we were missing a small, but important levelling plate, so the customer service manager asked me to confirm the part and i assumed they had sent it to us, but when we hadnt received any part or email reply after nearly a week, i followed up to be told they would have to order the part in and this would take "some" time. I dont think thats great service and means we wouldnt have the light for Christmas when we are hosting, so we've ordered another light from elsewhere which will be here tomorrow. Its nice to support smaller businesses but sometimes its just not worth the hassle
