I’d rate my experience a 7 out of 10. They completed all the necessary work for my mortgage and property requirements. While it took a little bit of chasing to get things finished, they were reliable and professional throughout the actual legal process. They do good work when it's time to close the deal.

Dealing with Lightfoot's for a property bought at Auction was a good experience, although there were delays on the sellers side, Melanie worked tirelessly to get it completed, and was very thorough in her enquiries.
