Dear LES, thank you for your support with my order which I placed this morning.
Firstly, as a return customer ', I was attracted by your competitive pricing and consistent quality. After I placed the order Louise got onto me straight away to ask ifI was sure that I was buying compatible items and then Millie pointed me in the right direction and made sure I was able to make a correct purchase. The equipment purchased was great and…
The equipment purchased was great quality and as described. The price was very reasonable. Unfortunately after the order had been placed and payed for I received an email about the collection option which I had opted for. This turned out to not be from Stourbridge(near to my home) as stated, and was in fact going to be from Bloxwich. This was a quite bad inconvenience as it is on the opposite side of the Black Country form Stourbridge. and was a very traffic heavy journey on a Friday.

I am sorry to hear that the 'pick up in store' address caused confusion and inconvenience. Unfortunately, we did not have the slings and shackles available from stock in the Stourbridge warehouse that day so I apologise for the incovenience caused.
We do arrange for stock from our Wasall depot to be delivered into our Stourbridge depot the next working day if this is an option for you for any future purchases that you make with us.

Pricing error.
I ordered an item which had apparently been priced incorrectly. I understand that these things happen. I received an explanation almost immediately and I was advised that my order had been cancelled. I received my refund within a few days. Whilst this was all an inconvenience, I was impressed at how this was dealt with (politely and efficiently). I give 4 stars only due to the pricing error.

The only thing that let you down was…
The only thing that let you down was TNT. They delivered quickly but because I had no idea when they were coming, I was out for 30 mins and missed them. Delivery went back to Poole 30 miles away and arranging another delivery was not easy - it took another week. TNT has a terrible system unlike other carriers who keep you fully informed and even a map of where the driver is.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to miss a delivery with no clear time window or tracking updates, especially when it then results in such a long delay.
