on another order we required a slight modification and serial numbers added which was no problem at all, and again quick delivery.
LES is now our prefered supplier of lifting equipment.

Having ordered some straps, there was a delay as a result of the courier. Gemma went above and beyond to help us and ensure that we had what we needed the following day.
Problems happen, and LES have shown that, they take them seriously and will sort your problems out.

There was no issue with the company…
There was no issue with the company direct, there was an issue with the delivery. The delivery address on the package was correct but presume the delivery company saw the business name on it & decided to try to deliver it to the business premises rather than the actual address on it & there was nobody there to sign for it. Meaning we had to go to collect it from them to be able to receive it

This delivery has been escalated with the manufacturers so that this does not arise for future deliveries. We have also arranged for your carriage has been refunded in full for you.

Excellent Customer Service
We recently ordered a large fork lift Jib from LES which was sent to us direct from the manufacturers.
Unfortunately the Jib arrived on a pallet which had clearly been damaged during transportation and the Jib arrived minus locking pins.
I spoke with Millie in sales to explain the issue and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently and replacement pins were on their way from the manufacturer.
It's so nice that when an issue occurs that it is sorted out in a quick and efficient manner.

I ordered a Yale 1 Tonne electric hoist…
I ordered a Yale 1 Tonne electric hoist and needed next day delivery. After initially being told that Yale would take 2 to 3 days to sort, LES sales executive, Millie Moreton, put in a next day request to Yale, who kindly built and dispatched the hoist double quick, and we received it the following day. Brilliant Customer Service
Ordered online, surprised to see guaranteed next day FOC, totally unexpected.
Received an email from Gemma Morris to tell me 1 item was out of stock and Yoke did not have anymore stock.
Luckily the size that was out of stock was the wrong size! Our fault.
Gemma rang me straight back after I'd informed her I'd need to wait for one of the engineers to confirm if the alternative was acceptable.
I informed her that we required a different size, which she sorted straight away over the phone and took prompt payment so we could receive the item on the same next day delivery.
This is our second time of using LES and their customer service is second to none.
