Read the fine print, name is deceiving, bought picnic table 5 years ago, one of the seats cracked open at one end, warranty is only good for 2 years, with original receipt, some model # that's on the original instruction booklet, and several pictures. Would have had to buy the seat + shipping. Otherwise well built, but faded.

What a joke
What a joke. Life time of Problems. I brought a Resin Outdoor Garden Shed that was torn open several times no matter what locks or wood was screwed across the doors. With in 2 months of assembling and locking up Camping gear, tools, supplies and materials. The first time all the windows were smashed in and the door ripped open with a lock still locked on. Camping gear gone. Wrapped another lock, breaded up the windows and door with 3 inch screws and wood across the doors. 4 weeks later, hit again, doors torn open, 3 weeks hit again. everything stolen, nothing but problems. Best of all You don't stand behind your product. You suck and your product sucks hard. Home Depot said it was the company "Lifetime Products" responsibility, Life time Products said it was Home Depots Issue. No one cares least of all the company LifeTime Products. You have no honor and would not sell products you do not back up.
My sons bought me a Lifetime Products…
My sons bought me a Lifetime Products Sport sit on top Kayak for my 60th Birthday, 12 years ago. Somewhere on the bumpy roads of Northern Manitoba the drain plug worked itself loose.
After all that time Lifetime Products sent me new drain plugs at no charge. A Great Company and their staff are a pleasure to deal with . A Great company with Great people!!!!.
My shed is up...but it isn't much use with doors that can't stay shut
My shed is up.... But the door bolts are not even near reaching, the window panels are a different colour to the rest of the shed, the instructions to fit the window is literally impossible based on the fact there is no room to slide the pane in as it suggests after you have the roof on (like the manual instructs). Bit rubbish, wouldn't buy again. Going to have to come up with a solution to the doors randomly swinging open due to the bolts not reaching.

THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS/PARTS
Bought a $500+ table for parents for Christmas, when went to put together in April - the parts in the box did not fit the table. Could not return to walmart since it was past days to be returned so had to go through Lifetime. We had to go back to in laws to get pictures of parts, they sent new parts that were the same as old parts so did not fit again. We are several weeks and trips to inlaws into this now. We asked for new table to be sent but hey told us WE had to fix table we had. Had to buy a $85 bit from Home Depot to make the proper adjustments and HOURS of my time and family members time. Since we had most parts for a second table (would have to make adjustments again) but we asked that they send us the rest of the pieces so we could have 2 tables for all of our troubles. They said no, would not reimburse us for bit and told us best they could do is give us $100 gift card to Walmart. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy a "Lifetime" product again. Customer service was insanely unhelpful and pretty much said - Figure it out yourselves. Crazy! Would highly recommend not doing business with them since they DO NOT back their products!!
Do not buy directly from Lifetime
Do not buy directly from Lifetime. Their distributors just dropped the price of the swingset we bought direct from Lifetime by $200. I contacted Lifetime to ask for a price match, and they said they can’t. What’s the incentive then to buy direct? My purchase direct netted them substantially more revenue, and yet they don’t care about their customers.
I am giving 2 stars because the swingset is nice. I preferred the previous generation, but we gifted it to our neighbor in need and bought our children another one. I’m just disappointed that this was our experience the second time around.
Shed and installation
Schedule issues, Bought a shed and paid for installation, 3 weeks later no shed. Wasted a whole day, Friday of all days, on a holiday weekend. 12 to 4, No show, called installation, they said they would look into it and call us right back. Had no call back. When we called back installation office was closed for the weekend. Called store.No explanation. They wouldn't even call back. The following Monday. Called installation back . No explanation of what was going on. They told us it could be weeks before we get our shed. Canceled order. Talked to one lady at the installation place, she was laughing.
Her supervisor said they could do it on Wednesday. Does not work for us. The supervisor said, "It's good your canceling your order. WOW, poor business. Probably the last time we shop at lifetime.
Look lifetime 55 quart cooler problems for something simple like a…
Look online for something simple like a replacement latch for a lifetime Gray 55 quart cooler and not find it and have to resort to calling the company that is b*******. This is the third one I've had and I will not buy another all the lids curl up and loose seal won't hold ice in and all the latches break and it's too hard to find latches

Leaking patio storage box
This is my second attempt at a review of Lifetime patio storage boxes somehow the first review was refused, but that is not surprising as the French person I was trying to communicate with said she was not receiving my e mails when I knew my e mail was working and she gave me her e mail.
The expensive patio storage box leaked very badly over winter and the contents had to be thrown away.
Be advised not to buy their patio storage boxes as they may leak and ruin the contents.
Used this cooler for a couple of years
Used this cooler for a couple of years, but this year when I was getting my hurricane supplies together, I was not able to close the lid. It appears that the front of the cooler is concave, thereby not allowing me to close the cooler at all. When I try to close the lid, the straps won’t stay in place. Please help! I need this cooler!

Bought a double composter, which had fittings that broke easily when trying to put it together (given it I had an RRP of almost £400, how they justify sending cheese for bolts is beyond me). I also had to bend other parts to make them fit in the instructions. I emailed lifetime email support to get replacements, the conversation went to the tune of this (summarised):
Me: Please can you provide parts xyz as these ones broke on fitting
LP: what’s the model and your telephone number?
Me: model xx, please can you let me know why you need my number?
LP: (direct quote): “Do you want your parts?”
Me: Yes please can you send through
LP: what’s your number?
Me: Ask asked before, please could you let me know why you need the number? I’m trying to avoid spam and marketing on my phone
LP: again, direct quote: “Do you want your parts?”
Me: Yes please
….
Other than the bizarrely aggressive tone, I seem to be getting nowhere with LP. Their customer service seems like they have a chip on their shoulder somehow… seriously folks, it ain’t worth it, go elsewhere.
I’ll be getting a refund for mine.
Just bought a Lifetime Utility Shed and…
Just bought a Lifetime Utility Shed and I was so disappointed with the thing. Nothing fit together like it was supposed to. We had to make our own screw holes and force it to go together. Nothing lined up. I have to take apart what I can get apart after forcing it together and take it back. It is the worst USA made product I have ever bought!

Deck Box from Lifetime
Purchased Lifetime 130 Gallons Water Resistant Polyethylene Plastic Lockable Deck Box. Compared to the other 3 sheds I've assembled, this was the hardest. Front panel was badly warped and unusable (customer service was very responsive and sent a new one, albeit wrong color, right away). Replacement panel is also warped, in a different plane, and I was able to make it work. Front and back panels are designed to fit into slots in the floor and slide into place. It was VERY hard to slide. I was reluctant to use a mallet for fear of damaging the panel but ended up doing so without any problem. There were also screw holes that were tricky to line up, sometimes the plastic it went into wasn't cleanly punched out, and at times it was near impossible to fit a wrench onto the nut needed to secure it. Lastly, when I ran a hose over the top water got into the shed -- though it's advertised as water resistant not water proof so maybe I can't complain about that (though my other 3 sheds are also water resistant and do a better job). On the pro side, it's very sturdy (more so than all of my other ones) and looks good.
P.S. Not sure if arms for the lid are supposed to be mirror images, -- manual and video seemed to differ on this, the ones I received were identical and I didn't see a way to precisely fit one of them.

I have had a 28 Qt. Model 90911 cooler for a couple years and have had good overall experience with ice retention but now the right side latch has failed and it isn't clear online where I can purchase replacement parts.
