I bought an 8 x 10 lifetime shed for…

I bought an 8 x 10 lifetime shed for back corner of our yard. It has worked absolutely perfect for our needs and for the price I feel like you can't beat it! We've had it now for a few months in rain, snow, and wind and now heat and it seems to be holding up perfect without any issues. We did get the steel base frame that you can buy to place it on which worked seamlessly with it and the flooring feels very sturdy with it.

I love Lifetime products

I love Lifetime products. I have been using two 8’ white folding tables and 16 white folding chairs for past decade - still in great shape. I also love my Lifetime shed with a lift lid and opening doors in which I store pool chemicals, supplies and life vests.

Lifetime Picnic table

Absolutely love the lifetime foldable picnic table! I bought it for extra seating in our outdoor area and it’s been a perfect addition.
Super easy to assemble—I just followed a quick YouTube video and had it done in no time. It fits our space perfectly and has already become our go-to spot for outdoor meals.
Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bit surprised to see the number of…

Bit surprised to see the number of negative reviews. Bought my shed off amazon. I have twice had broken pneumatic arms due to storm accidents, rather than problems with the shed itself, and twice they sent out replacements at no extra cost. Excellent CS for my issues

Great shed and excellent service

Great shed and excellent service

I’m a builder and found that the cost of materials to build a shed from scratch was very expensive. Buying this plastic shed worked out much easier and far more cost-effective.
Putting the shed together was a bit challenging at first, but once I became familiar with the parts it went smoothly. I also watched a few videos before installation, which really helped.
The shed looks great now that it’s up, and I’m very pleased with the final result. I’d also like to thank Robert Dyas for their quick communication, fast delivery, and excellent service overall.
Highly recommended.

Do not buy lifetime products

Do not buy lifetime products, I bought a small shed/ garbage can enclosure it is complete junk. It has lasted 4 months. Customer Service is even worse I called, messaged about my issues, never got a response i got 2 hydrolics but that was not the problem. I explained my problem. Their China shit is just garbage i spent $550.00 on this! DO NOT BUY IT IS GARBAGE. BUY MADE IN THE USA!!!!

Lifetime Big Stuff playground set 90042…

Lifetime Big Stuff playground set 90042 is completely flawed and many parts are defective. They first sated $72 in shipping for replacement parts and than stated that was an incorrect quote and changed it to $150 for shipping and handling to replace the defective parts They produce hundreds of thousands of revenue and cannot help a customer out with their defective products.

"Made in the USA" - they can't design a mere box

LIfetime should be ashamed to display "Made in the USA" on their products because they are incapable of designing a mere BOX! The screws provided did not match the holes, which were also misaligned, by the way, and poorly engineered, which rendered the assembly impossible. It would have been so easy to get it right, but no. I guess I will just buy products "Made in China" if you guys are incapable of writing a basic manual and providing the right screws for a storage box. Never again, I'm leaving Lifetime for a lifetime.

Lifetime Folding Picnic Table

Lifetime Folding Picnic Table model 60346 article 1902245. The four screws under the table top in the middle stripped. Called Lifetime and they said the only solution was to order a new table top!! The table is less than two years old, stored inside during winter months.I would not recommend buying this table

2 sons erected 8x10 shed in a day.

Bought a 8x10 shed. My 2 sons assembled it in a day.
Only problem was having to drill holes in the roof supports, to take the additional brackets.
I was also short of 5 self tapping screw for the brackets.
Contacted Lifetime and, screws will be sent out to me.
Thankfully my base was level for the assembly.

Excellent Build Instruction Manual

I have recently received and constructed a Lifetime, double-barrel, tumble composter replacing my ancient single tumbler. It arrived as a flatpack, 221 parts in total, with an excellent set of build instructions. Thirty-four pages of step-by-step directions, assisted by QR code videos for each stage. Very good indeed.

The completed unit is robust and high quality and is now doing its job turning my garden waste and green kitchen scraps into great mulch and feed for my plants and trees. The brandling worms seem to love it too.

A well-designed product that appears to have been thoroughly thought through so that an average DIYer like myself would have little difficulty in constructing it.

I’ve returned two lifetime products to…

I’ve returned two lifetime products to Costco in the last 6 weeks either because of defective part or missing part. Thankfully Costco gives immediate refund but my advice to perspective purchasers of lifetime products is avoid avoid avoid . Keter are far superior and gives ten year warranty against lifetimes 2 years

Low quality plastic with false warranty

My 5 year old basketball back board shattered. It has a lifetime warranty but they won't warranty it due to a missing product ID sticker. Cheap low quality products with no support.

Faith in customer care restored

My shed was broken into and the lock damaged making it unusable. I contacted the company on its website explaining the problem, supplying photos and all the information I had. I simply wanted to know if I could source the part I needed in the UK. I wasn't hopeful and was over the moon when the part I needed came through the post a week later. Well done to the overseas customer care team and to Tiffany in particular.

Worst product I’ve ever bought was a…

Worst product I’ve ever bought was a challenge to put together and held up the first winter but even being shovelled off the trusses did not hold up. Tried to enquire about a warranty claim obviously defective trusses but they said not covered due to weather. Never buy this product

Our sheds have a snowload capacity of 23 pounds per square foot (psf). You can increase that by adding our snow-load kit which strengthens the roof to withstand up to 30 psf. We recommend regular maintenance on your shed to avoid exceeding the weight capacity on the roof. Unfortunately, as the damage to your shed is weather-related, it is not covered under warranty. *DC

Awful product - nothing lines up. "LIFETIME PRODUCT" - Lifetime to assemble

Awful product. Of all the flat pack items ive constructed over the years - this is the worst of the lot. Nothing lines up - the holes in the metal work (strips that screw to the doors, strip over front of shed that lines up with the roof and hinge holes) do not meet to be able to screw it all together properly. The alignment of the holes are nowhere near matching. I have spent 2 solid days so far trying to re adjust screws and get the holes aligning. i should have stuck with keter products - ive never had a problem with those. Waste of money and time.

HORRIBLE customer service after purchasing

My company recently purchased 10 folding tables which are an excellent product if it weren’t for the HORRIBLE customer service I experienced just to get an INVOICE from Lifetime SPAIN.
To this day my customer account says that the tables are on the way since January 14! Because of this, their auto-reply to download the invoice from my order history is IMPOSSIBLE.
I spent time with multiple emails without ever receiving a REAL customer service reply.
Yesterday, Jan. 23 I spent an hour in chat with a rep which I requested twice a copy of the conversation which generated 2 auto reply emails with links to access the conversation and NEITHER LINK IN EITHER EMAIL opened anything!
I was guaranteed by the rep that my invoice would be sent to my email address within minutes. I woke up today to check……ZERO emails with the invoice.
I contacted the site chat again and was told that multiple emails with the invoice had been sent and to check my SPAM. Neither my SPAM, JUNK OR TRASH had any email from them.
If I hadn’t entered into chat again today to complain and immediately appeared the doc in the chat text, I would have never received the document.
There are no problems with their site to order, pay and eventually receive their product but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE afterwards is HORRIBLE.
