Do NOT use these scammers
Same as everybody else, seemed like a good deal then on the delivery day the email arrived, mis-delivered. Since then the runaround, can't get into the website, phone not answered. That's when I checked Trust Pilot then contacted the bank. Waiting to see if I can get my money back. How this web site was up for so long I really don't know. I also fail to see how a serious company can keep getting the deliveries so wrong. They would have changed the courier company very quickly to stop complaints.

Never delivered my order
Ordered a dryer from them. Never delivered. Cannot get in touch with them. Phone lines not working, no response to e-mails and online chat does not work. Reported the site to the bank. Hopefully they will do something and will get the authorities involved.
The company just responded to my review, but they cannot be contacted and their website is currently unreachable. Please beware, it is a scam.!!

WARNING Complete and utter Fraudsters

Ordered well before Christmas as a gift. Was contacted to say sorry order was "Mis Directed" to Wiltshire... I live in London and it would be re delivered on Christmas Day at 5pm! But as compensation I would also receive a Slow Cooker valued at over £50.
I rang and rang but no answer, I emailed no answer.
If course no delivery came on Christmas Day, but I got another Sorry there was another Mis Delivery to yet another address this time in Peterborough but we will at £50 to your Slow Cooker as compensation and it will be delivered 8th Jan... Of course ANOTHER Mis Delivery to yet another place a hundred miles from London.
No reply to emails, no answer on phone, no refund even though I have filled out the form 3 times. I gave Order Numb, Order Date, Address etc....
No choice but to write WARNING review and claim back from Credit Card Comp.
Also look at replies to other reviews... Exactly SAME reply each and every time.

No delivery and no contact received…
No delivery and no contact received after emails and phone calls that won’t connect you to anyone. Chat bot doesn’t reply either, it just times out after a couple of minutes. Spoken to bank that’s advised to speak the fraud adviser. Looked legit but don’t fall for it. I don’t know how to reply to your comment below but I AM a genuine buyer and have the confirmation email after I paid for the Rug Doctor along with the time slot and date. How can I get in touch when I don’t get a reply from the phone number or email on your website! I’ve done nothing but!

This is a scam company with dormant…
Order #70718 21st December - camera.
This is a scam company with dormant accounts filed in October 24 with Companies House. Addresses on their website do not exist and the company is unreachable.
Found this out after ordering unfortunately!
My order has had 3 'missdeliveries' to various parts of the country, where incredibly the email each time states that they have resent the order, even before they would be aware of the supposed error taking place.
I filed for a credit card chargeback, which was granted within 48 hours. I've now had an email from the company asking me to cancel the charge back with the bank so that they can refund me directly. Total scam, company should be closed down online.
Edit: As with all other reviews the company has resorted to a pre-composed response, implying we are fake customers and they have done nothing wrong. I can provide plenty of evidence but it is not necessary here, instead it has been passed to Action Fraud.

Well we have joined the list of many
Well we have joined the list of many! Purchased an induction hob and it was to be delivered on the 3rd Jan but was misdelivered to Kent area, it was booked in for a new delivery for the 10th. We were offered either a part refund for inconvenience or a slow cooker.
On the day of delivery attempted to contact them regarding delivery time and was met with “phone numbers unobtainable” Then within two mins we received the 2nd email advising incorrect address delivery…. It offered a bigger refund and another gift. I didn’t read any further and then contacted my bank regarding the fraud to seek refund. I also contact the scam notification authority to register this company as a scam. If you haven’t done this please do so immediately.
Today we received an email saying that they have been advised that we are in dispute with them and that this process will take 45 days through the bank system however if we cancel this they will refund us the money within 14 days!
If I had cancelled through the bank claim it would basically mean that I have worked out the problem and there was no further need to proceed against the company!
Do not cancel under any circumstance because when you attempt to claim again it will be refused by the bank and you will have no chance of getting any money refunded.
I would have given this no stars but it wouldn’t allow me to

Like all the other reviews about this company here on trustpilot I was also scammed, my daughter did a check for me before I purchased the item and she said it showed that the company was legitimate so I went through with the purchase, just goes to show you need to do more than 1 check and just like every other buyer I received an email from the company on my delivery date but before my scheduled delivery time to say the item was MISDELIVERED.
I would have thought that by now they would have been tracked down.
Anyway stay clear of this and any similar companies that offer a good deal until you have checked them fully using several web review sites like this one.

Total scam!
My experience is similar to all the others; incorrect deliveries and false promises of new deliveries. LHA reply to TrustPilot, but never reply to my phone calls, emails or chat. The pictures of their warehouse shop are fake, the address given is a housing estate. We all need to report these fraudsters to Action Fraud Police. The more people who report them, the more likely they are to be apprehended. Looking through the reviews on TrustPilot, this has been ongoing since August 2024. Quite extraordinary!
