These are 100% scammers! Ordered vacuum, never came 5mins before time it was due to be delivered got an email stating it had been delivered to wrong address! Same again following week and week after and offered a “good will gift” a toaster !!
I had reported this to barclaycard less than 12 hours after I placed my order and it was a bank holiday but b/card couldn’t stop payment
Unfortunately had bad feeling after I ordered rather than before! Seen reviews
These people told b/card that I had signed for vacuum and clearly happy
Fortunately I had their emails stating they’d delivered it to another address the same date as apparently I signed for it
Still waiting for refund from b/card 9 weeks now

Scam website, same as below ordered something, got told it went to another address "the fact they put the other customers address in the email was a red flag" so tried to get it canceled and refunded, no reply just more another email saying another delivery time and a toaster as a sorry, of course that came and went with nothing and still no refund, contacted monzo who have to put it through to Mastercard to do a change back which can take up to 12 weeks once investigated. Monzo won't do anything to help just say its with Mastercard and nothing they can do. So just waiting to see what happens now.

Ordered a GPU from this 'company' using a debit card. Then after reading the reviews here, I realised it was a scam. I cancelled my order and waited 14 days for a refund that never came despite a scammy email telling me I would get my money back plus a gift. I then contacted my bank, who refunded my money. So if you have ordered from this site, cancel immediately, and contact your bank to raise a dispute / chargeback.

If I could give zero stars I would! Like others have said, this company is a total scam. Ordered a tumble dryer - said it was delivered to a very specific address elsewhere in error, would reschedule and send free SMEG toaster to say sorry. Delivery never came. Queried it and they said they couldn't fulfil the order and would refund. By this point I had searched them up and knew it was a scam. Got another 'wrong address' email, requests for my bank details for refund, then they asked for bank statements to prove they hadn't refunded me! Alongside this they even have the gall to be rude and accuse you of not being cooperative. I will not stop until these people are taken down. Do your research folks, do not fall for this.

Took the money but all excuses why they couldn’t meet the order

I placed an order for a graphics card. On two occasions I was told that it had been sent to the wrong address over a period of two weeks. There was the promise of an additional toaster as a compensatory item being sent due to the trouble. Plus them sacking the entire delivery team over the issue 😂 Then when I asked for a refund they said they would not only issue it but also add a further £59.99 on top as a good will gesture 😂 but to wait another two weeks for it to process, only after they asked me for bank details to transfer it into as they can't refund it to my original payment method. Obviously that wasn't received.

I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back and luckily I got the refund through them.

DO NOT USE these stalling blaggers.

This is a total scam. Placed an order, on 3 occasions received an email it had been delivered to incorrect addresses (all over the Country) on 3 consecutive weeks. DO NOT ORDER from this web site, you will not receive what you ordered or receive a refund. Be warned.

Got conned into innocently purchasing a Panasonic TV that was exactly what I was looking for . Paid by credit card . Things seemed legitimate until I tried contacting them regarding delivery date . Nobody answers the phones and no answerphone nor are e mails replied to ….until night before supposed delivery an e mail saying they cannot fulfill my order and could I send them my bank details . By this time I had unfortunately read further about this scam company and plan to phone my bank tomorrow as well as Police Scotland . How on earth are they allowed to keep trading given so many similar experiences dating back a few years ? Avoid at all costs !

I only hope you are on here checking before you buy from these con artists (I am being kind here)these type of people deserve Karma for what they have and are still doing to people. Google needs to stop showing their adverts and the police need to track them down and jail them. My own experience with this "company" was the same as all the others below so please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Yet another scam by Lifestyle Home Appliances.They have just successfully pocketed another £301 with no sign of the order being delivered. Same excuses as all the other reviews plus free Smeg toaster. How are they continuing to trade?

SCAMMERS DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY

I live in Norwich and this fake company is supposedly operating from Norwich. I get an email saying my cooker was incorrectly delivered to Broadstairs, Kent!!!!!!!!!!!
I was given a new delivery date with a free toaster as goodwill gesture.

I tried to cancel the order and request a refund on the given link in their email. This link took me to the refund request form on their fake website, it doesn’t work, you can’t type any details in.

I then tried three times to contact them by telephone, each call failed.

I replied to the email I had received from them to cancel the order and request a refund of £301.64. I got a very professional reply back saying my refund would be in my bank account 12 days later. I didn’t receive my refund.

Again I tried calling them, again the call failed.

I am currently in the process of speaking with my banks fraud department and expecting a load of hassle to get my money back. I am also contacting Action Fraud and Trading Standards to hopefully get these scammers off the internet.

When you put the address in google maps you’ll see a residential house with a scumbag scammer peeping through a bedroom window.

Just like everyone else, I ordered an appliance which was incorrectly delivered to somewhere else and offered a toaster in compensation. Nothing arrived on the re-scheduled deilvery date and now the website has itself vapourised. Very slick scam I have to say.

Currently placed my payment for a Miele tumble dryer in the hands of Barclaycard FRAUD TEAM. Received the exact same messages about delivery made to incorrect address, yes offered toaster as compensation too.VERY PROFESSIONAL THIEVES with a tailored system to steal from customers. I genuinely hope they read this and the Police and manufacturers of appliances coordinate a way to locate and prosecute them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE.28/5/26

Here is the email that they sent on the supposed delivery date.

“We’re contacting you about a delivery issue with your Order #182152.

Your order was incorrectly dispatched to 82 Newlands Park Grove, Scarborough, YO12 6PU, where the parcel was refused. We apologise for this error.

A replacement has been arranged and will be dispatched today via Standard Delivery (4–5 days) to your correct address, with delivery expected by Wednesday, 27 May 2026 at approximately 5 pm.

We've included a complimentary SMEG TSF02BLUK 4-Slice Toaster – Black (valued at £50.39) as a goodwill gesture. You're welcome to keep it. Should you wish to return it, please hand it to our delivery driver and reply to this email to claim a £50.39 cashback.
