Scammers no fridgefreezer delivered 250.00 will now have to claim through credit card.
We did our checks this company is registered on Companies House as active and the address matched up how can this be allowed to happen.
Will also report to the police Trustpilot should also be taking responsibility looking at reviews these thieves need shutting down

First Delivery supposedly misdirected to Yorkshire - I live in Northern Ireland - 2nd redelivery also never arrived - see below
They must employ the worlds worst couriers or they are selling items they don’t have.Either way,customer service is something totally alien to this company - who take money and fail fail fail to deliver anything.
FROM LIVESTYLEHOMEAPPLIANCES:
We are writing to inform you that your Order #73511 was misdelivered to an incorrect address: 14 North Grove Drive, Wetherby, West Yorkshire LS22 7QA. The recipient declined the parcel.
To resolve this, we will send a replacement via Standard delivery (4-5 days) at no cost to you. The replacement, along with a complimentary gift, is ready to be dispatched to the correct address we have on file. The delivery is scheduled to begin today, and it is expected to arrive on Tuesday, 14th January 2025, around 5 pm.

TOTAL SCAM !!!!!! ordered Dryer on 21st Dec and was told it would be delivered on 27th Dec , never arrived , got email saying it had been misdirected and would arrive on 3rd Jan ..guess what ?? never arrived ..told it had been misdirected and would arrive on 10th Jan ...yes you know !! Never arrived ...tried to ring and my mobile alerted me to Potential fraud !! No reply ...disputed with Amex and address was shown as somewhere in Spain !! Now reported to Fraud Alert and the police ..Cannot believe Trustpilot actually corresponding with this outfit ??? look at the reviews !!

Avoid - scammers
Not even worth 1 star but cannot give a lower rating. Same experience as many people below. Placed an order and on the day it was due, it was "misdelivered" hundreds of miles away. They wanted to redeliver but I said no and had to fill in a ridiculous refund form. After that I did not hear from them, so I looked online and saw that they are scammers. Fortunately, I have just received a chargeback with my credit card company for the full amount.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Bank returned my money however they still sending me emails about my order etc!

When you try to call them you automatically will be informed that their number been reported as potential scam. Nonsense that you cannot find my order, I would attached your emails and "fake invoices" if I could but it isn't possible. I don't have to deal with you anymore as I got my money back from the bank and i hope my review will help at least 1 person to stay away from you

This is for the unfortunate who have been scammed by these people. They keep changing their company names in their replies.
Don't bother with their cancellation policy. They make you wait 14 days for nothing.
They also do the same for the Bank when you challenge the payment with them.
They also write to you to ask your bank to withdraw the cancellation so they can speed up the refund.
If you have fallen for their scam, please just get your money back from the bank.

Total scam
Total scam. Realised something was amiss as they didn’t email a receipt or tracking number. As per all the other reviews, I received successive emails about ‘delivery to the wrong address’. This company is not registered on Companies House (they took the name of another (legit) repairs company) and the photo they use of their supposed warehouse and fleet of trucks is also stolen from elsewhere. Reported to my bank.

I ordered a scanner about a month ago.
I ordered a scanner about a month ago - and on the day of delivery I received an email saying that it had been misdelivered to an address in Truro (I live in North Wales)_ They promised delivery the following week ( plus a free gift of a slow cook pot) yet again, on the day of the delivery I receive am email saying that it had been delivered to the other side of the Country. Once again, they have promised redelivery, plus the free gift, plus a cash back sum. I have emailed the Company twice and I have not received a response - plus their telephone number does not exist. I spoke to my credit card Company - and they have asked that I give this Company a few more days - and if there is no resolution then they will take action against these fraudsters.

SCAM ordered a tumble dryer on 30th…
SCAM ordered a tumble dryer on 30th December received an email stating it was misdelivered on 7th January and would be delivered on 15th January with a free croc pot as compensation. Can’t contact or email the company as it does not exist. Reported to my bank and awaiting a response. I found the appliance on google and the website looked genuine
