Excellent quality bedside unit would not esitate in purchasing furniture from this company

This is the second time of using Lifestyle. Ordered two bedside cabinets which came as expected a couple of weeks ago. They were perfect; so much so that ordered a chest of drawers to go with them. They arrived yesterday the day before they were due. Paid extra to get them up our stairs into the bedroom. The delivery man told me how to unpack them. All perfect, done well and the furniture is good, solid and well worth the price.

We were very happy with the on line purchasing and quick delivery although box was damaged in transit, furniture was packaged well so no addition harm done. The only issue we had was one screw would not fit into prepared holes so we had to use a drill to open up the hole.

Easy to use web site , good choice and found what I wanted at good price . Kept updated with delivery .

It was just as picture showed..not too big and a good colour..mirror is good quality and it was easy to put together..it was packed well and was worth the wait..good price but the delivery charge for parcelforce was quite high..thank you

Furniture great and no damage as throughly packed. My main disappointment was that I ordered the furniture on 4/2/25 with a 12 week delivery, but did not receive my order until 25/7/25. Again the delivery was suppose to be within 10 days which became 17 days.

I ordered 2 bedside cabinets. Delivery time frame was very long wait but the customer service was excellent I couldn't fault them and they kept me informed. They were also packaged very well. Looking at buying the wardrobes next

Despite having to wait a very long time for our chest of drawers due to an admin issue, I can’t fault their customer service, the speed and professionalism of their contact and I would order from them again for sure. The chest of drawers is nice too.

It would have been 5 stars, but I’m afraid the delivery company you use let you down.

Having ordered a large 9 drawer chest of drawers in 2023 I recently found that one of the pine knobs had become very loose and one day fell off completely and was then chewed by my dog. I contacted Lifestyle Furniture and was promptly sent a replacement knob with screw plus a spare. I found the customer care to be excellent.

Order fulfilled & delivered within the timescales quoted. The delivery company kept us updated.

Ordered 2 beautiful solid wood bookcases.
Arrived very well packed, helpful delivery men. Great quality wood and colour. I must admit, I was a bit worried that when I took all the wrapping off, they would be damaged, there was no need for me to worry, no damages whatsoever. I love them. Thank you

Great quality furniture, good communication and the delivery team took the items to the room I requested. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the delivery is slightly slow
