2 seperate orders …. no issues!!
I have placed two separate orders with Lifestyle Furniture, one last August and then again at the start of this year, both for 2 items of Cuba Sheesham furniture for my office. I am always nervous ordering furniture online, especially heavy solid wood items such as these, but both orders were delivered quickly and safely, the first Monday after my order was placed. Any messages I sent were answered quickly, and have to say the delivery company they use (Avanti) have been brilliant as well, the second delivery the girl arranged to have it delivered on the Monday evening as I couldn’t get the day off. These are hand made items, each one is different, I like that. I also (as was stated in LF’s info) noticed a couple of the doors and drawers were quite stiff, didn’t mind that as, again, it’s hand made natural wood items, but noticed that this actually improved after the items had sat in the house for a while. Overall, extremely happy with my purchases and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Value for money
The two pine bedside tables that I ordered are sturdy well made, although I would like the drawers to slide in and out a bit more easily, which is why i given just 4 stars. They were delivered promptly and extremely well wrapped. Saara from Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I rang to say one of the drawer knobs wouldn't hold its screw. A replacement was dispatched very promptly. I would definitely order from Lifestyle furniture again,

We had an issue with the delivery - not Lifestyles fault in any way but they worked to resolve and were fantastic with support and communication.
The measure of a good company is not how they work when all is good but how they respond to issues I feel and in this case customer support was 100%. Thank you

Mirror is lovely
Mirror is lovely, arrived safely and in one piece. Not put it up as yet as need new drilled hole’ places in the wall but does look really nice, very pleased thanks.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Rude when I contacted after a 5 week wait for my furniture. Courier service was shocking. Quality of furniture is very poor, certainly not as advertised. Having read many negative reviews I can’t even face trying to return said items. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Your, frankly, yellow furniture does not look like the pictures on the website. Your choice of courier can only reflect on your customer service which in my experience was very poor.

Thank you for your review, Mrs Nixon. We do need to correct several inaccuracies so that other customers can see the full and factual picture.
Your order was placed on 17 January, and your order confirmation clearly stated that the items were not in stock and were due back in 2–3 weeks. This information was displayed on the product page and again on your confirmation email, which we have a copy of. Your order was then dispatched on 9 February, which is only 2 DAYS outside the very end of the 3‑week estimate and still within our standard dispatch timeframe once stock arrives. This is nowhere near the “5‑week wait” stated in your review.
Regarding the quality of the furniture, the chest of drawers you purchased is part of our best‑selling solid pine range, made from 100% solid wood, and consistently receives excellent feedback. We completely disagree with your description of it as “poor quality”.
We must also address your comments about customer service. We will always speak to customers respectfully, but we will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff. Being on the phone to us does not give anyone the right to speak to our team in a hostile or unacceptable manner, especially when the information about stock availability and timescales was clearly provided at the point of purchase.
Finally, your claim that we have “many negative reviews” is simply untrue. On Trustpilot, we have over 2,000 reviews, with 80% being 5‑star and only 2% being 1‑star. This is a strong and transparent reflection of the service and products we provide.
We always welcome genuine feedback, but we cannot allow misleading statements or abusive behaviour to go unchallenged.

Excellent customer service !
I ordered a new table for my Mother after finding Lifestyle Furniture via a search engine.
Whilst we’re very happy with the new table I’ve been absolutely blown away by the customer service received from Tahira!
Tahira has been exceptional helpfully when dealing with both pre & post purchase and follow up issues as well.
Tahira even took the time to call my Mother as well to ensure she was kept aware of the order and delivery process.
Exceptional customer service from Tahira, thank you!
On that basis alone this company deserves 5 stars !

Excellent Company
Never used this company before but saw the bedside cupboards i wanted at a reasonable price. I phoned the company to confirm they were not flat packs and a very helpful gentleman told me not, so I proceeded with order. I also had a follow up email to also confirm. They arrived well packed in perfect condition and we are very pleased. Would recommend.
