Can't recommend Life Happens Outdoors (LHO) enough! I've been on more than 5 trips with them so far since 2019 and would never consider going with anyone else. Professional, caring, challenging (in the right ways), life changing. Rami has really built a special company here. Looking forward to my trip with them this coming July and hopefully every year after that.

Loved every bit of LHO trips
I’ve traveled with the LHO team every year since 2023, anywhere from the Alps, the Himalayas and up to the top of Kilimanjaro. I’ve loved every trip, all thanks to 1) how safe and taken care of LHO team leads (+ support team before each trip) made me feel; 2) expert local guides and staff that LHO chose to support us during the trip, 3) amazing and likeminded humans who LHO have been able to attract on all these trips 4) the sense of community and belonging after the first trip. All of these elements become especially critical when hiking at high altitude, which is why I wouldn’t have picked any other team to do Kilimanjaro with. 110% recommend!

4 trips with LHO... and counting
I've been on four adventures with LHO (Tour du Mont Blanc, Kilimanjaro, the Inca Trail, and Norway), and each one has been epic in its own way. What sets LHO apart is that they really care, and they look out for you, whether you're experienced or a novice. The team leaders are proactive, anticipating your needs and giving everyone individual attention, whether it's accommodating very specific dietary requests, bandaging up scrapes, or baking a birthday cake for me halfway up Kilimanjaro (which couldn't have been easy!) From when you land, every detail of the trip is taken care of, so all you have to worry about is putting one foot in from of the other and taking in the magnificent scenery. I'm looking toward to planning my fifth trip. Highly, highly recommend!

The whole experience start to finish was great. There’s a team member you can speak to and consult with to choose a trip suited for your appetite and level, and then they follow through with you once you’ve chosen and purchased your trip, they help you with prep and then when you’re actually on the adventure, everything is covered end to end.
You can rest assured everything is taken care of by the team or will be taken care of by the team.
Would recommend them over and over again in a heartbeat 💗

What you shared means a lot because it captures exactly what we work so hard to create: expert guidance before the trip, careful preparation, honest advice on the right adventure, and full support once you are in the mountains. Mont Blanc is a serious alpine objective, and conditions always come first. While we would have loved to stand on the summit with you, we are proud that both journeys still became powerful alpine experiences, including alternatives such as Monte Rosa and the Weisshorn area.
For us, real adventure is not only about reaching one specific summit. It is about being looked after properly, making good decisions in the mountains, adapting with the conditions, and coming home with stories, confidence, and a deeper connection to the outdoors.
