very bad product received

very bad product received. paid 100$ for it and looks no way near what was displayed on the site. what was received is sold for 14$ on aliexpress. Moral of the story; when its too good to be true(i.e. 1$ for 1500LL) it probably isn't...

Worst Experience with Delivery Scam

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online lebanese website. First of all, the items I ordered was gold standard protein where it was written clearly in bold green IN STOCK. I checked if there's another section in the product's description for delivery period but it wasn't not mentioned. I ordered 5 gold standard proteins for a budget of 1,130,000 lbp based on their availability on stock!!! I tried to call, whatsapp, message, fb msngr, customer service on the website to know exactly the delivery period expecting that the delivery will be within 1 2 weeks since it was written in stock!! and they didn't even bother to answer. I tried the whole procedure everyday since the day of my PO (which was last friday) with no answer. Eventually they told me to send an email (auto reply email lol) and I got a reply after 12 hours of course stating that the items need 7 weeks at least to arrive which is by mid of September!!!! I am requesting a refund on my products and they are not even answering. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Just received my product it is in a very good condition

Edit: just received my product it is in a very good condition and works perfectly, I guess they weren't prepared for that amount of orders that's why the orders took so long (plus the current situation),
but overall a very good website to use when you need to buy something
(and you don't mind the wait)
Looking forward to order more stuff.

Don't really wanna say its scam but absolutely a crappy experience; haven't received my order yet (ordered 2 and a half month ago) and every time I ask about a delivery date they say once its in Lebanon you'll get notified been like this for the past 2 weeks and they refuse to give me a tracking number so I don't really know if i'll even receive my order

I am really sorry for the poor experience you have had. Due to the 3-months lockdown in Europe we have had a big delay in receiving items. We also bulk ship to keep the costs down for customers who make very large orders with bulky items. Our shipping company has had a backlog due to the high volumes. Because we bulk ship, we can't give a tracking number per item. We can notify you when we receive your item and when it is shipped and we contact you when it is delivered. We advise all customers that the lead times at the moment are 5 - 6 weeks and we are hoping to reduce that as things get back to normal. Your item was received and was shipped to Beirut. We are hoping to receive it in the next few days and will contact you to arrange delivery.

i need a reply.

I've set my order its been 2+ weeks,
Both the order status and delivery date are still "N/A" (NOT ANNOUNCED),
even tho it states that it takes 22-23 days for delivery.
their phone number is completely shut off
and they won't reply on what's app its been over 50+ hours that I've contacted them.
so i'm really not sure how reliable they are, or if i'll ever get my order, or even get a refund for that matter!

We are having a delay in receiving products due to the 3-months corona virus shutdown in Europe. We have advised customers that our lead times are around 5 - 6 weeks at the moment. You will receive a notification as soon as we receive your product and when it is shipped. If you are unhappy with the wait, we will issue you with a refund. You can request one by messaging the WhatsApp number or sending an email to the address on our website/app.
