Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Abed Tahan.
What was supposed to be a simple online delivery for a gift turned into a full-day struggle just to get them to proceed. The item was delivered without any note or proper wrapping, even after we specifically requested it. We even had to contact the delivery team, and it still arrived incomplete.
After delivery (3:12 PM), we noticed the issue and requested an exchange by 3:50 PM. From there, it only got worse. Customer service kept closing chats, passing us between different agents, and taking forever to respond without providing any real help.
Eventually, we were given an extension number, and someone from management confirmed we could proceed with an exchange and even arrange installation completely contradicting what customer service had been saying. But when we relayed this back to customer service, they denied any knowledge of the situation and warned us that going to the store would result in being rejected.
Endless contradictions, wasted time, zero coordination, and extremely poor communication. Completely unreliable service and I would not recommend them at all.

Terrible experiences everytime
One of the worst appliances shop you could ever purchase from! All of their appliances are defective. At first we thought it was a casual issue that happened to us when we purchased a fridge but the issues kept rolling everytime we purchased appliances. All defective or does not work properly and the worst part is that they blame the client of ruining the item.
These losers buy defective appliances from other countries and sell them in their miserable shops. Never ever again step in their showrooms.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided regarding my outdoor heater purchased on 24 /12/2025
The unit was defective from the start. After two days of tedious negotiations, your team finally committed to sending a technician yesterday, 30/01/2026, to resolve the issue. Despite this promise, no one showed up.
Furthermore, I attempted to contact your support team more than ten times by phone yesterday, but my calls remained unanswered. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially considering I had a reception for 23 people scheduled for today.
Because the heater was essential for my event and due to your failure to provide the promised technical support, I was forced to purchase a replacement unit from a competitor at the last minute.
Consequently, I no longer have any use for your defective product. I hereby request:
The immediate collection of the faulty heater from my residence.
A full refund of the purchase price to be processed without delay.
I expect a prompt response regarding the logistics of the return and the refund confirmation.

Disappointing after sale service from Abed Tahan and Samsung
We bought a Samsung washing machine , a refrigirator and an gaz oven last August.
The Samsung washing machine few days ago was not working, we called Abed Tahan who referred us to Samsung and we were told that the technician will come. We got a call from their technician and after 3 days nothing is jappening. What a shame for both companies.

I bought a brand new sealed ps5 from abed tahan mkalles.
The controller inside the console, was dysfunctional.
I asked for a new one , they told me to wait 5 days to repair my dysfunctional controller.
After I asked again multiple times for a new controller, they finally gave me one with minor scratches and bent rubber on L3 button.
They did not open it infront of me , and said that it’s a new one.
Unsatisfied with this whole experience and I would never buy any product from this store anymore .

Very bad experience with a printer Canon Pixma i bought for 250$, not excessively used and that became defected after only 2 years. Abed Tahan proposed to fix the ink problem for.. 80$ ! Not even proposing to cover the reparation of a poor quality product bought from their store. I will never buy again from Abed Tahan.

I wasn’t informed in advance of the unavailability of some items ordered online. They told me over the phone on the same day of delivery while I ordered other items I was very much interested in!! I felt cornered and deceived. Bitter experience.

WARNING – Gorenje Cooker Explosion, Abed Tahan Refuses Responsibility
I bought a Gorenje Cooker 90cm, 5 Gas Burners from Abed Tahan 1.5 years ago. It was barely used — less than a month total.
Out of nowhere, the oven exploded. The glass door shattered into hundreds of razor-sharp pieces, blasting across my kitchen. This could have blinded, maimed, or killed someone.
I contacted Abed Tahan and their manager Moussa — they refused to accept any responsibility, demanded I pay for repairs, and ignored the fact that this was a life-threatening product failure.
This is not just bad service — it’s criminal negligence.
If you value your life, stay far away from Gorenje and Abed Tahan.
