Scam. I placed my order in August 2020 and have been following up since then with receiving only useless excuses for not having it. Now they send me, like many other clients, that they weren't able to 'fulfill my order' and that I can refund, after a year! But now the money has lost its value. Seems that they made profit from our money throughout this time. BIG SCAM.

This page has become a scam. I made an order over a year ago and paid for it. After a couple of months passed with no update from the company, I started contacting them about it, but they kept coming up with different excuses of why it's late. In May 2021, they stopped answering my messages nor my calls.

Save your money and your time, and do not shop with them.

Liars, high level of unprofessionalism,thieves, and the owner raja el Khatib is not a trustworthy person…
I placed orders a year ago and didn’t receive anything so far, the team doesn’t answer phone calls they only reply to messages with unreasonable excuses.
The value of my money at that time was 2000$ dollars and nowadays if they ever refund me the value is 500$ or less!!!!

They deserve zero start even -10 stars i made 2 orders one year ago i didn’t receive them they lied on me first corona then a problem in the wear house then now they told me that they can’t fulfill the orders. After using my money for a year and doing a 300% profit the only thing that i can say RAJA AL KHATIB YOUR ARE A THEIF enteh wehdeh nossabeh

They deserve zero stars since they are thiefs you will nto get your order even after a year and more ,they dont asnwer there phone anymore and the owner facebook page was deleted .they took our money(yes i find out that they do the same for all the buyers) and steal it and give you nothing..even a refund which is still a kinf of theft after the dollar rate changing and the more than a year wait

After more than one year, they've sent me a message that they're unable to fulfil my orders!! SCAM SCAM SCAM.
All the new good reviews are FAKE!
Don't trust them.

I made two orders more than a year and still answer me every time need more time.

Every time I ask for the reason behind this delay, I get:
-First excuse was Covid19
-Second excuse problem at warehouse in London.
-Third Excuse that they are working on the problem but ​no estimated date/time.

I am really disappointed from the way they treat their customers, as if we have to accept loosing our money after almost a year of payment. I was rarely trusting their excuses, even though I knew they were giving always fake replies, with loss of experience as customer support team. Currently they are not even replying to the WhatsApp and their Official email. What is going on with you Libazon Lebanon and London? Money is over? Tell us all the truth... Are you a scammers or fraud company as your clients mentioned? If not, why are you letting things to escalate to the worse? Why you did not send any notification to explain what is going wrong with the orders and what ia your action plan to recover it. Remember, we trusted you as a company with good reputation and helpful customer support; we paid in advance, but unfortunately we learned an unforgettable lesson. I wish you could reply to each one of us specially who faced a bad experience with you Libazon Team and to do whatever it needs to regain customer's satisfaction with your business. We did not anything wrong, treat us like we worth. We all had dreams, we had limited budget, and we chosen you to let our dreams come true. Hopefully that it is never too late. We are not asking from money back after long time waiting, but we need you to deliver us, the soonest possible, all our items to complete our mission.

Highly not recommended!!!!! I wish there is a possibility to choose zero star, ordered a phone since July 2020, they kept finding excuses each time I asked about tracking, and never gave a reasonable reason.

I ended up by asking for refund after 10 months of waiting !!!!

A bunch or scammers. Karma will hit them hard. I made a purchase of 20 million lbp in july 2020 when USD to LBP value was around 6500 L.L. Untill now, they still use the same excuse (there is a problem in london’s warehouse) and if you ask for a refund, they will tell you that it takes around a month due to a problem in the bank. They made history by being the greatest scammers of all the time. Note: all their positive reviews are fake here!!

Ordered from this site in September 2020 and the order was supposed to be delivered in 2 months. Of course it was'nt. No customer support at all, no one answer the phone when you want to inquire about the order, no email reply and when i ask about it on WhatsApp i get the same answer over and over again "Still needs time, problem in warehouse". NEVER EVER do my mistake and trust these people, they even post fake reviews. How can a service be great now and they have 1 year old pending orders? These guys literally stole my money.

DO NOT ORDER. Liars! Do not trust this company. They take your money, trade with dollars and when you ask for refund, the money you get have already lost it’s value due to the situation in lebanon. I ordered 10 months ago and nothing has arrived. all positive reviews are fake!

If they were not scammers,
why do they need to display a false trustpilot indicator on their application indicating 4.5 star and in reality they are 3 stars on trustpilot, after posting themselses fake positive reviews located in countries other then Lebanon , where their only market is Lebanon.
If you order on Libazon you will never get delivered.
One year waiting for my orders and they never arrived.

They are liars.
