I strongly question the credibility of this company. I ordered a dress and paid in full, but received a completely different item — a dress that is not even shown or available on their website.

The quality and design are extremely poor and do not match what was advertised at all.

I contacted customer service, provided photos, and was initially told an exchange would be arranged. After a long wait, I finally received a return label and sent the dress back.
The company then sent me an email claiming that my replacement order had been shipped, including a tracking link. However, nothing has happened with the package — it has not even been collected by the shipping carrier/service point.

When I contacted them about this, I was told that both they and the shipping carrier were very busy, which is supposedly why the package has still not been picked up.

At this point, the company has received back the incorrect item they sent me, while I still have not received the product I originally paid for. Despite this, they show very little interest in actually resolving the situation.
There also appears to be no functioning customer service, and they refuse to take responsibility for their own mistake.

My bank will now be contacting them regarding a full refund, as I have still not received the product I paid for despite full payment being taken.

The situation raises serious concerns about their business practices.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Proceed with caution.

Wat een slechte ervaring heb ik gehad bij Leynadresses, slechte kwaliteit niet eens 1x kunnen aandoen en het jurk kon al niet meer gebruikt worden, ik gaf dit aan bij de klantenservice en ze waren laks en kwamen niet met een oplossing. Afrader!

Ga eerst de klachten maar oplossen van klanten. Zo makkeliik is het niet als je een jurk verkoopt en op de dag van de verloving van mijn dochter zelf die de jurk bij leynadress heeft gekocht voor haar eigen verloving en niet heeft kunnen aantrekken omdat de jurk is misvormd bi de buik doordat de korset is verbogen. Ze moest een ander jurk aantrekken op haar eigen verloving.De klacht hebben we bii jullie
neergelead en de enige oplossing was Stomerij die jullie konden aanbieden wat nergens op.slaat.de hele dg van miïn dochter is verpest. Jullie mogen er meer aandacht aanbesteden en klantvriendeliïker ziin en met andere oplossingen komen in zulke gevallen. We hebben meerdere jurken bii jullie gekocht en altijd tevreden geweest maar in dit geval kan ik dit niet zeggen en ik zal dat ook zeker tegen mensen zeggen dat jullie after sale niet naar behoren is dus SLECHT

Seid 2024 ein hin und her. Antworten tun die nicht, weder auf die Mails noch auf WhatsApp! Haben weder eine Rückerstattung noch einen Gutschein erhalten und das leider seit 2024! Mein Geld ist jetzt weg und das nicht wenig! Finde es absolut unprofessionell und unverschämt!

Ik ben echt super goed geholpen! Ze dachten vanaf het begin met me mee over wat voor jurk ik precies zocht en namen echt de tijd om samen te kijken naar wat het beste bij me paste. Het voelde heel persoonlijk en totaal niet gehaast.

Daarnaast waren ze ook nog eens ontzettend aardig, wat de hele ervaring extra fijn maakte. Uiteindelijk heb ik een jurk gevonden waar ik zó blij mee ben – en ik heb er echt niet normaal veel complimenten over gekregen! Echt een aanrader 🌸🩷

Afgelopen dinsdag ben ik samen met mijn moeder langs geweest om jurken te passen. We kijken hier met een heel fijn gevoel op terug.

We zijn ontzettend goed geholpen: er werd echt met ons meegedacht en alles voelde heel oprecht en natuurlijk. Daarnaast was de sfeer heel prettig en de energie echt aanstekelijk.

Dankzij deze fijne begeleiding was het voor ons niet alleen geslaagd, maar ook een hele leuke en bijzondere ervaring. Zeker een aanrader!

I honestly fell in love with the Desna dress as soon as i saw it, all i can say is the dresses on this website are all so beautiful. I got my dress in 4 days, so very fast shipping. I also want to say the material of the dress is so nice and feels rich, the sparkles of the dress made me feel like a princess the whole night of my prom. The corset in the dress gives u a lot of confidence and the colour i chose, the green was absolutely beautiful. I really recommend anyone to order from Leyna dresses.

Ich würde am liebsten gar keinen Stern vergeben.

Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt, es zurückgeschickt und dafür einen Gutschein erhalten. Da die Hochzeit kurz bevorstand, war ich gezwungen, erneut ein Kleid zu bestellen, obwohl dieses schon nicht wirklich meinen Erwartungen entsprach.

Dann der nächste Schock: Das Kleid kam beschädigt bei mir an.

Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Eine Rückerstattung wurde komplett abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde mir angeboten, ein neues Kleid zu schicken, aber erst, nachdem das kaputte Kleid bei ihnen angekommen ist.

Man muss sich das mal vorstellen:
Das Kleid kam nur zwei Wochen vor der Hochzeit an. Eine ganze Woche lang habe ich versucht, jemanden zu erreichen. Mir wurde ein Retourenetikett versprochen, das NIE bei mir angekommen ist.

Eine Woche vor der Hochzeit bekomme ich dann diese „Lösung“:
Entweder ich nehme lächerliche 20 € für ein Kleid im Wert von 250 €, das nicht einmal mehr vom Schneider repariert werden kann, während allein der Versand schon 36 € gekostet hat, oder ich soll es zurückschicken und hoffen, dass rechtzeitig Ersatz kommt.

Ganz ehrlich: Wer glaubt, dass ein Paket innerhalb einer Woche von Deutschland nach Holland und wieder zurück rechtzeitig ankommt, lebt komplett an der Realität vorbei.

Hätte ich rechtzeitig eine vernünftige Antwort und das Retourenetikett bekommen, wäre das alles kein Problem gewesen. Stattdessen wird hier bewusst in Kauf genommen, dass man ohne Kleid dasteht.

Absolut unprofessionell, unzuverlässig und einfach nur lächerlich. Nie wieder.

I am so beyond obsessed with the dress, I’ll be ordered all my dresses from here. Also, I DMed them on Instagram about the dress for my info and I got a response right away. I strongly do not recommend buying from this website. The dress I received arrived with stains, and when I contacted customer service to request a replacement. Instead of resolving the issue, they blocked my email. The customer service is extremely poor, and the whole experience has been very disappointing. I will not be shopping here again.

Je suis venue de Belgique exprès pour ce magasin, il y a un très grand choix de robes les vendeuses sont très sympa elles s’occupent très bien de vous, et le prix des robes est très raisonnable
