After taking over our BTL portfolio with a few teething issues initially, we are extremely pleased with the level of service we receive from Danni particularly who deals promptly and efficiently with any tenant issues, and statutory requirements. Danni is always friendly and approachable and keeps us regularly up to date.
The quarterly inspection reports carried out by Trevin are always on time and well presented identifying any issues that we need to be aware of.
Jenny runs the accounts department efficiently with payments, invoices, and statements received in good time.
We would have scored a 4.5 star rating if we were able.

The Letting Shop has a great philosophy around how they view and manage my property. They are also very communicative and keep me well informed of what’s happening.
