As a tenant looking for a new place to live, with a fair number of specific requirements (location, family etc) in a competitive market, it was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer by The Letting Shop - not the experience from most agents.

Joshua & Danni in particular went out of their way to help me. Communications were prompt & helpful and I was treated with patience and respect throughout.

Next time I'm looking for somewhere to rent, or for an agent to manage the property I own elsewhere, I'll be looking to them immediately.
