***Delayed due to Royal Mail Strikes***
Hi Melissa
First of all, I am sorry to hear that your order has not arrived.
As you were made aware at numerous pre-checkout stages on our website (and in the shipping terms), Royal Mail have been striking recently which has caused nationwide delays.
We dispatched your order on the same day you placed it and we used a Second Class delivery service as you did not opt for an upgraded service.
One thing we cannot control is a nationwide strike with the UK’s main distribution company.
We don’t usually respond publicly to reviews in this way, however given the unreasonable nature of your review and that you did not reach out to us directly beforehand, we felt it necessary to respond and defend our small business.
Please can I suggest that in the future you consider how unfair negative reviews like this can impact small businesses like ours before posting them.

Fantastic service
Ordered a secret Santa pressie on Thursday, arrived Monday. Despite the Mail strikes. Excellent customer service. I was kept updated at every step. Beautiful item and lovely card with my note written on it.
I will definitely be ordering more items in the future
