Highworth Emporium have been great.
Highworth Emporium have been great to deal with on two occasions. I have only ever shopped with them online, but on both occasions items arrived on time and were well packaged.
Great service, and they had what I wanted in stock.

Item not as described
I bought a mug for a friend as a Christmas gift, but I received a completely different mug than the one listed on the website. They offered me a refund, but it’s only a few days before Christmas, and now I don’t have time to buy another gift. Very disappointing experience. I was offered £1 as a goodwill gesture.... I don't expect any gifts/money or whatever, I just wanted to receive the item which I purchased!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order, especially as it was intended as a Christmas gift — I completely understand how upsetting that can be.
We always do our best to ensure our product descriptions and photos are accurate. Occasionally, there may be slight variations, but it is never our intention to mislead or send an item that does not match what is advertised.
As discussed previously, we offered either a full refund on return or a discount as a goodwill gesture, in line with our customer service policy. We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and professionally, so we were disappointed to see a one-star review despite these options being available.

Liked the little touches
Liked the little touches, like their thank you card with the company’s details, along with the lovely company sticker on my cards posting envelope. Delivery was quick and card I ordered well packaged in a rigid envelope for protection :)

Too good to use as wrapping paper, use it creatively.
My brother gave me a present wrapped in this tissue paper and I was struck by how beautiful it was, too beautiful to unwrap and throw it in the recycling bin,I wanted the same pattern, but on a thicker paper, so that I can frame it and use it as pictures on a long wall that needed brightening.
This was packaged well and delivered quickly, with care.

I was looking for something different
I was looking for something a little different and found it here. A great selection to choose from and reasonably priced. Delivery was quick and my package was received in good condition. I will certainly look here again in the future

Amazingggg!!!
Amazingggg!!! So friendly and polite and super welcoming, it's a very unique experience and there aren't shops quite like it in the area. The seasonal room is amazing around Christmas time, they also do the Christmas shopping night, it's lovely! I can't say enough good things about it! ♥️
