From my first contact via phone to the end result. Le Sands Screens and Blinds were very professional, honest and reliable. I am so happy with there product and service. They went over and beyond for my small order to my replacement order.

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. I had called the job in late but they were able to get someone out to do a quote and install within 8 days. A timely and friendly service, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get roller blinds! The blinds were of good quality and at a very affordable price!

I’ve engaged Le-Sands on 3 occasions. The first 2, I got quotes first, now I just hand the job straight to them. Not only were the quotes far more agreeable, more importantly, was the impeccable service, every step of the way.

It was so easy to deal with them, they were professional, extremely helpful, they delivered the product quickly even though it was a busy time of the year and the installer Gordon who came out was fantastic- he went above and beyond what was expected.

Was a pleasure doing business again with this company my screens were over 30 years old which I got from Le sands that long ago and the service was just as good then as it is now congratulations only reputable companies can keep going for that long would definitely recommend to all my friends well done

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Plus I would HIGHLY doubt the legitimacy of any of these so-called 'good service' reviews - considered they were all published every day between 13-25 September 2018, I would bet good money that the business themselves is publishing those reviews. Just because it says 'verified order' doesn't mean it is legitimate - what do you have to show that it is verified? An invoice? Because obviously the company would be able to use its own invoices to 'verify' their reviews. They should at least attempt to be a bit more clever about it regarding the dates of the reviews - but really, if anyone employed by this company had anything resembling a brain cell, then I'm sure they would have used them to actually run this business properly.

These people are the worst to deal with! Their customer service is beyond a joke - it's non-existent. The two women who work in the office are a nightmare to deal with. They do not care is you have issues or questions, they just want to 'fob' you off with a 'we'll have to get someone else to call you back, it's not my job' - but no one EVER calls you back. They are rude and unpleasant.

We were told that the blinds were in stock and ready to be installed within 2-3 weeks. I promptly paid my deposit to ensure that this time frame was met. What a joke! They took 8 WEEKS. This wouldn't have been a problem if this is what we had been told from the get go. We had to continuously chase them up, and even though they had come out to our property to measure the windows, two panels were the incorrect size. Instead of giving us new panels, the same panels were cut smaller to the appropriate size. Again, this wouldn't have been a problem except I could still visibly see the pencil line along the edge where it was cut and the white roller blinds were dirty and creased.

The only helpful people who work in this entire company was the gentleman who helped us pick our samples and the workman who installed the blinds. Everyone else is USELESS.

Go and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this company does not deserve it.

HAVE HAD WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS AND CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT.

Good value for money and good service. The service man comes on time at the schedule time. The service man is profession in his job. He does a good clean up after the job is done. He has a very pleasant personality. He explains how to work on the security door. Thank you for your service.
