I contacted Leodis stairlifts in Harrogate just to enquire about a stairlift. Russell can to do the initial survey and was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We were so impressed we order straight away
As it was Friday we thought we might have had several days to wait. but no, its Monday morning and
we have just had a stairlift fitted by the Harrogate branch. Both engineers (Dan and Simon) were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all my husband can now safely negotiate the stairs

Excellent service from start to finish from LEODIS SHEFFIELD. Patrick came to survey and explained all our options & Dan came a few days later to fit the stairlift. Both were very professional, helpful & polite. We would definitely recommend this company.

How easy it was from start to finish - I rang up made an appointment from someone to come out - Russell came to talk us through it - no pressure what so ever - we were so happy with everything we placed the order there and then and a week later had a stairlift fitted by Michael - both were extremely polite - courteous and very professional. Leodis have the best prices and after care - they give quality and value for money. Would highly recommend.

I can't speak too highly of the service I have received from Leodis stairlifts. The Company's representatives were extremely helpful and efficient throughout. I was particularly impressed by Russell, who installed the stairlift with the minimum disruption.

Leodis were very quick in arranging a viewing and then only a week for installation, normally quicker but bank holiday got in the way. No pressure to sell and all explained very well. Surveyor and engineer were excellent. Very happy with the lift, highly recommend.

Looking to future proof living in my home following a life changing health diagnosis, I came across Leodis stairlifts online ….. the service I have received throughout this journey has been excellent.
Dave Fieldhouse came out to do the initial discussion and quotation, he was so very helpful, empathetic and gave me lots of information to peruse at my leisure and to make an informed decision. It took me a while to accept that I needed to have the stairlift installed but at no point was I put under any pressure or felt obligation to go with Leodis. (I did obtain other quotations but I’d not like the ‘courtesy calls’ I kept getting!!).
Once the decision was made, I rang Leodis and agreed a suitable date, I was given the time slot and received a confirmation call the day before which was really good.
Dan and Lee arrived in plenty of time and introduced themselves before getting on with the installation. They were professional, fast, efficient and cleared everything away before explaining how things worked and seeing me use the lift myself. I was so impressed with the guys on the day, they gave me the confidence to feel safe, secure and comfortable, ran through the guarantee and after care details and were less than 3 hours start to finish!
Following the installation I spoke with Louise Brown who very kindly sorted out my questions and sent me a confirmation of payment, Louise was a star, she guided me through everything they needed and sorted the payment process.
I cannot fault any part of the process or staff I have encountered… very professional yet friendly. If you are looking for a stairlift, from my personal experience, I am very happy to recommend Leodis

From first contact to installation (4days) they were excellent no pressure, great contact and installation guys were superb tidy cleaned up and friendly ,everything explained all questions answered ...more firms should be like this . highly recommend them

The staff were all very kind, helpful and respectful. Brilliant quality at a very reasonable price.

Leodis was exactly what we needed. Straight forward to deal with. No high pressure selling. A very fair and competitive price. The installation was tidy and efficient. They arrived when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves and gave us clear and precise instructions on how to use and maintain the stairlift.

The stairlift was installed promptly and on the date promised. The fitter worked efficiently and completed the installation within about three hours.

Since installation - over two months ago - there have been no problems. We are entirely satisfied with the stairlift.

Leodis stairlifts turned up on time ,with ALL the parts they might need and did a “magnificent “ job .
NOTHING was to much trouble .The engineer- Micheal -did a fantastic job .He consulted with us about exactly what we wanted ,and gave us exactly that .
We had a “ hic up “ in the afternoon after the arms had been changed on my wife’s wheelchair,but that didn’t fase Micheal .He just readjusted what he had done until
the wheelchair could pass through the gap .PERFECT .
Micheal is a credit to your company ,and I can’t recommend him enough.

The team in Oldham have been great from beginning to end. The sales enquiry and survey was 'no pressure' and the installation was carried out in September 2023 exactly as arranged and by a team that took care and were sympathetic to the circumstances.
Sadly the stairlift was only needed for a few months but again, the team were so easy to deal with and the stairlift was removed with the same care. The refund for returning it within two years was processed and paid within three days.
Highly recommended!

Leodis stairlifts were very professional from making first contact with them right to final installation.
At the start the whole process was explained with no sales pressure applied at any time, we were given a price and we happily placed the order.
The installation was done with no complaints whatsoever and the engineer gave a full detailed demonstration of the controls

Nigel came to my mums house on time as arranged. He then took his shoes off at the door. He entered wearing a face mask as he has elderly customers he likes to be cautious.
He listened to what we required, scoped out his recommended stairlift, then generated the price (very competitive) and stated a lead time of 3 or 4 days from when the order is placed.
He stated that the was no pressure, and after he would leave there would be no follow up phone calls which there wasn't.
We ordered the stairlift, they installed on the date as arranged.
We were shown and instructed on the operation of the stairlift and given a laminate sheet of basic error codes and what to do if there is a problem.
Approx 1 month after the install Nigel phoned as a follow up to make sure everything was running smoothly which it was and to date still is.
Very pleased with the product and the service from Leodis.

The rep Russ was friendly and very informative. The engineer who fitted the stairlift again was friendly informative and nothing was to much trouble
