Leodis were profess from the outset. Within 1 day of contacting Leodis we were visited by Allen who was very informative and guided us through the process of finding the most suitable stairlift for mums needs. The choice made it was fitted almost immediately. Mum was so pleased with the lift and the installation. It has made her feel safe going upstairs and given the family peace of mind knowing she is safe. Thank you.

We needed to purchase a lift for our mother. Leodis is a very easy company to deal with. No hard sell or pressure to commit. They provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision and assist you in making the right choice when you are ready.

They are always on hand in so far as aftercare is concerned.

Allan from Leodis stairlifts called to give a quote for a stairlift, he explained everything we needed to know and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, The lift was fitted by the friendly Leodis engineer at a time convenient to me, there was no mess left after the fitting and we were made aware of how everything worked.

It was a refreshing change, to have an informative, no pressure visit from Allan. He turned up at the agreed time, answered all our questions and provided lots of options. Along with recommendations as to what would best suit. The installation was completed on time and really didn’t take long at all.

The salesman Russ, was brilliant. when enquiring, he sat with the family and explained everything. He was very understanding of our needs and guided us through the process in a was that was easy for us all to follow.

Within a few days, the engineer ?? arrived to fit the stairlift, he was a lovely young man, who couldnt do more for us.

The lady in the office (I think her name was Katie) was amazing. She couldn't do enough for us, she ended up speaking to everyone in the family at one point, which must have been confusing, but she never let it be known.

We cant thank this company more and would definitely recommend them.

It's made a massive impact on my life I can't praise it enough. I used to dread going to bed. The Surveyor and also the fitters were easy to get on with and explained everything I needed to know.

£120 call out charge! Company lives less than a mile from my dad’s home!, and the engineer came to the house to switch the machine on and off and hey presto the stairlift was back in operation!
Personally think that is extortionate and unjustifiable and after the recent death of my mum and my dad learning to be independent it feels exploitive! Customer care on the phone could have gave my dad some quick troubleshooting tips before charging him this! Also to note,,,,because he trapped his walking stick in his stairlift they said it was his own doing and classed this as an accident so said he had to pay the call out fee

I asked the company to review this decision and they have chose not to. Even the engineer who called was embarrassed to take the money from him!

So although their care at the sales pitch and the fitting was good!, they certainly know how to rob the elderly of their pension!

Company! - don’t respond - your further explanation will fall on deaf ears whilst you try to justify your policies! Your comments to another review where you tell the customer they have used this platform to “use this as some kind of weapon” truly shows your morals and values as a company!!!!!

We had a stair lift installed 12months ago and have called them out 11 times in that 12 months each time needing parts. The lift is not fit for purpose or reliable. Initially they said they couldn't offer extended Warranty even though we had it writing. As a good will gesture they then said they can do it for £650.......on their website they quote £350 for extended warranty

The company were good at the point of initial purchase, but attempts to get them to come back to fulfil the contract and service the stairlift has been difficult.
I wouldn't use them again.

Newcastle leodis excellent service from start to finish, cannot be beat worth a five star review.
From the initial phone call to Russ the surveyor and Ryan the installer all very professional and very knowledgeable .No pressure and each step of the process very clearly explained .
So impressed with Russ placed the order that day.
Ryan came to install the chairlift and was fantastic taking the time to explain how the chairlift worked and answered all questions we had .. Leaving a cheat sheet of the operation and explanation of the codes.
Highly recommend would not use any other company

I don’t think you can get a better product and service better than Leodis .I have already recommended to several of my close friends.Well done we have now had our stairlift for 4 months and are delighted.

From the visit by Clare the surveyor to installation of the stairlift took just over 24 hours. When your struggling with illness this is service of the finest kind. Clare had a nightmarish journey to get here on a flooded A1 and arrived only a few minutes late, I call that incredible. The guys who fitted the stairlift were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The cost was so reasonable I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend

Rob arrived early to complete the installation of the stairlift. Despite a number of unforseen issues he worked calmly and efficiently to resolve them. He was friendly and informative throughout the process. He stayed until he was satisfied that we understood everything thorodughly and was happy to answer any questions we had. In all this was a positive experience and an excellent job completed.

From survey to installation in less than a week. Excellent service, fitter was polite and extremely tidy. Arrived bang on time.
After installation he provided a very comprehensive guide using it.
I would highly recommend Leodis.

We selected Leodis on account of their excellent reviews and I can't speak too highly of the team that looked after us !
We needed a stairlift at short notice and from initial enquiry to installation it took a mere 4 days.
The surveyor Chris visited and explained the many options available to suit all budgets and requirements.
Once our choice was made we were briefed on the installation process and the ease of operation.
We then had Connor install the stairlift two days later , very professional job , no mess and done in around 1 1/2 hours , finishing off with a tutorial.
Really simple to use and my mother in law loves it.
Based on our experience I havo no hesitation in recommending Leodis.

The initial visit and speed of installation was excellent, however included in the package is a 12month service. I have rung twice now a couple of weeks apart to arrange a date for the engineer to come , unfortunately still waiting otherwise I'd have given a better rating. Would now like to add that the company did get in touch after my initial review and sent an engineer the following morning. They replaced the seat and did a full service, so thank-you and yes I would recommend.

Fitted within a few days of survey . Prompt arrival and installation . Engineers were efficient and helpful . Overall excellent service . would recommend to anyone .

From the first phone call to completion of the install, everything was great.
No hard sell by the assessor, no badgering at all afterwards.
The fitter was prompt, pleasant, efficient and left no mess, even removing a hand rail for better fitting.
Everything was explained fully and comprehensively and only took a few hours to fit.
I would recommend Leodis to anyone considering having a stair lift installed.
